She didn't just treat the pain; she took the time to understand the root cause, which was clearly related to the new strain from my boxing and increased training load. The treatment itself was targeted, combining specific hands-on therapy with exercises I could do at home. Within just a few sessions, the pain was significantly reduced, and I regained full mobility. I'm now back to my boxing , feeling stronger and more confident that I won't re-injure myself, thanks to her advice and guidance. If you have a sports-related injury or any injury for that matter I highly recommend Lydia.

   Dr Yu for Accupuncture. Very personable and professional. Highly recommended. I've been to him several times over 3 years for acid reflux, urticaria and even a bad hip. It doesn't hurt and is highly effective. I've coincidentally lost over a stone which I can only put down to his treatment, so good for weight loss too!
