I had laser hair removal a while ago and came back to Laserina for an annual top up. Irina was her usual friendly, professional self, taking me step by step through the treatment process and providing reassurance. Her prices are competitive for the excellent service she offers & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
Irina removed a xanthelasma close to my eye as well as a few milia. I found her to be very professional, I felt well looked after and I am happy with the result! I would not hesitate to return if I need another treatment at some point.
Excellent clinic. I very rarely leave reviews but on this occasion, I felt I must. I’ve had treatments done over the past five years or so, at other clinics. I’ve always come away feeling disappointed with the results though. However, from the moment I spoke to the Laserina Clinic on the phone, I had a feeling that this clinic was different. I had my initial consultation which left me feeling that I understood everything about the treatment. I saw a lady called Irina whose explanation was not only comprehensive but easy to comprehend. There was no pressure to have treatments I didn’t want or need, which I’ve often felt at other clinics. She obviously knows her profession as her knowledge of anatomy was excellent. This was such a different experience and gave me the confidence to proceed. I had two different treatments. Fillers and Botox. The final results were remarkable and I felt fifteen years younger. It’s or only boosted my confidence but I can’t recommend her to my friends and family enough. Whilst Laserina Clinic is not the cheapest clinic in the area, it is by no means the most expensive. The question should be, is it value for money? ABSOLUTELY!! I can’t fault this clinic.
I’ve just finished my 3 session course of IPL treatment for rosacea at Laserina Clinic and I am amazed with the results. It did really improve my skin texture and evened out my skin tone. It also made the dark circles under my eye less visible. I highly recommend this type of treatment for rosacea. Please be aware, you must have a course of few sessions in order to build up/prepare your skin for required strength of IPL so you might not see any results after one session therefore it is important to undergo a course of 3-4 treatments with top-up sessions every 6-12 months. I’ve had a great experience at Laserina Clinic and will definitely be going back for a top-up session sometime in summer!
I have just completed a course of IPL for the treatment of rosacea and broken vessels on my face. From start to finish the experience has been exemplary. Irina is careful and considered in her approach, honest and direct about possible outcomes, results and aftercare, and upfront about costs and number of sessions. Each appointment has been swift and punctual, Irina is kind and I always felt safe in her hands. The fact that she is a trained and very experienced nurse prescriber is probably what made me choose her above others, and why I had so much confidence in her. It shows and makes a huge difference. She knows her stuff! My face is less red, less hot and irritated, and as rosacea cannot be cured this is expected to return slowly and need regular maintenance sessions. Don’t expect it to be once-and-done. However, I’m most pleased at how the vessels are much less visible, about an 80-85% improvement I think. I don’t like wearing make up, so this has been a fantastic result for me. I look less ‘ruddy’ and more fresh faced. It’s a nice change to have rosacea and like what you see when you look in the mirror! Many thanks Irina, see you again soon x
I'm so glad I tried Laserina. I initially went for an acne treatment and Irina was very knowledgeable, thorough and realistic about what results to expect. The treatment that Irina recommended improved not only my acne but hugely improved my roseaca. Now my acne bumps are fewer and my skin is much smoother but as well as this my skin is drastically less red and even patches of sun damage have faded. I couldn't be happier with the results. The aftercare was thoroughly explained at every visit and there was never any pressure to buy just honest, helpful, expert advice. I would definitely recommend Laserina.
I had a Deep skin therapy. I found it was very expensive for what was offered. The skin seemed clean for a couple of days after the extraction, but I developed a few rashes on the nose and other areas a few days later where the extraction had been done harder. No proper aftercare was provided. Irina doesn't care about the customers and just wants to sell her treatments. This was my second time there and during the first visit, I was sent back without any treatment after I asked a few questions about my skin when she asked me to sign the comprehensive before-treatment checklist which gives details of the treatment and also ensures that she is not responsible if any rashes or other conditions develop after the treatment. Suited for people who can trust Irina without asking any questions. Her way of treating potential customers was appalling. Edit: The consent form had details of potential adverse effects that might happen and she made sure that I was aware of it to go ahead with the treatment. However, I don't remember there being any appropriate aftercare in the consent form except for application of SPF 30/ 50. There was no mention of any hotline number to contact in case of issues. She went ahead with the next customer without having a proper discussion after the treatment. With regards to my first visit, I was stopped from signing the consent form when Irina grabbed the sheet after I asked a few questions about the treatment and its suitability on my skin and I was asked to come back after I've made up my mind. It is natural for any potential customer to have doubts and I had a lot of acne which forced me to be more careful about the treatments I take. But her behaviour was indeed shocking and I felt that it's not an appropriate way to treat any customer.
have been to Irina for some rosacea treatment a few times now and only have positive things to say about the treatment and patient consideration at Laserina. From the start I was made aware of the realistic expectations and possibilities of the treatment, and whilst certain conditions might benefit from repeat treatment, felt under no obligation to do so. after 2 treatments Irina felt it would be sufficient and left it to my own discretion for any future follow ups. I did go back for a third visit of my own accord, and came away very happy with the results so far. Would have no hesitation in recommending Laserina for service and customer care
The Laserina clinic is the only beauty clinic I trust. Irina is highly professional and never rush into a treatment without giving accurate advises about it. She is very honest and reliable. I had different treatments at this clinic, both for my body and my face and I've never been disappointed. There are many other clinics in Manchester, some of them with "big names" but they often employ very young people with no experience, so when I feel to have a beauty treatment, I don't look around to find new places because I know where to go.
