   Came to have my smile lines treated and found Dr Rosh rushed through the whole consultation. His manner was abrupt and he did not listen to my concerns at all, and did not treat the issue I had come for! I ended up spending a few hundred pounds and walked out with the same problem. I’ve had a much better experience with other injectors elsewhere. It seems he only gives time to those with a big social media following.

   What an amazing experience with Dr Rosh, I couldn’t recommend him more. The staff at reception are lovely especially Huma and helped ease my nerves. Dr Rosh was very thorough and he checked my concerns before starting. He asked if I wanted a facial analysis as well as the treatment I had booked in for. At every step he explained treatment costs and what he recommended and then left the room for me to make my decision to ensure I felt no pressure from him which I didn’t. His attention to detail is amazing communication skills are great and I felt no pressure or judgement at any point. The procedure was so quick and as Dr Rosh obviously knows the anatomy inside out. After the procedure himself and his team were great to check everything was okay and overall I felt very looked after. I would not hesitate to go again and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to look after me.

   I had my hifu and microneedling with Gul not only that she was very thorough and did a great job , but what a fantastic , kind and warm person ! I ' ve been to a few places in the past , and I keep coming back to this place . I was so pleased with Gul that , I had decided to have her doing all my regular future treatments , but sadly found out she is leaving soon . What a shame ! I wish her the best of luck .

   Avoid this place at costs! I had high hopes as Dr Rosh is a “celebrity doctor” but he scarred my face after treatment. When I reflected this he just denied it and brushed it off. When you want to ask for help, the team doesn’t take complaints seriously and they don’t respond. Go to a reputable doctor who actually spends time going through the procedures and risks with you. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!

   Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I travelled long distance to treat myself to what is portrayed to be something amazing on social media. I waited over an hour, was left in a consultation room and forgotten about, Dr Rosh was rude, treatment rushed and substandard, left in tears and no follow up. After giving them some time to resolve this it is clear that they really do not care. Avoid.

   As usual a 5 star service from beginning to end. The clinic is absolute luxury and modern - not like anywhere else in Cheshire / Manchester. The staff are so friendly, lovely and helpful - Amelia & Leah are a dream! The consultation was so helpful, informative and puts you at ease. Dr Rosh is an absolute artist and so professional! His skills and knowledge is impeccable and makes your feel very calm before a treatment which can sometimes be a little nerve wracking. My second treatment and I am absolutely in love with the results. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Highly recommend - 10/10

   Having been to other clinicians for consultations and advice, coming to KLNIK I finally felt confident going ahead with treatment. I was super nervous as I’ve never made such a big change to my appearance, but I would do it all over again with the experience I’ve had with this team. All the staff are kind and attentive, and with their extensive knowledge and practise, this all combined to produce amazing results for me. I’m so happy with my journey and would recommend them to anyone who is new or has had treatments in the past.

   Stunning KLINIK but that’s about as happy as I was. I booked in with Dr Rosh for my lips done for the very first time. I did my research on Dr Rosh before booking my appointment and saw filler at the KLINIK was from £250, I didn’t want much filler in my lips, so I was expecting you pay between £250-£300 max! I paid a £50 deposit upon booking (which I was never told was non refundable, was also never told the exact price either upon booking or before sending my deposit, so I just went from what the website told me) traveled 3 hours total. Arrived and got numbing cream applied by a nurse well I was filling forms out, the nurse then asked if I was aware of the price, I said yes roughly from the website, she then said so it’s £395! I was in complete shock as no where ever has the price come up, upon me researching, looking through the website, speaking with the KLINIK team etc… The fact I was in shock was almost completely normalised, as if this happens a lot. Dr Rosh then came in and the nurse let him know I was shocked by the price, he then sat next to me told me to look forward and looked at my lips for 30 seconds and told me he wouldn’t want to do my lips anyway as he wouldn’t get a ‘spectacular’ result as I didn’t want much in anyways & the natural shape to my lips. He then spoke with me for 2 more minutes about how he was the most expensive person in the UK and then left. I was then taken back down to reception and there I asked about getting my deposit back, as again was never told it was non refundable. The receptionist then went to speak with Dr Rosh about me enquiring about this, she came back and told me the £50 was a consultation fee… £50 consultation fee for an over all of a maximum 4 minute chat, where he said himself he wouldn’t have done it anyways. Was absolutely gutted by this as I’ve seen amazing results, reviews etc… The KLINIK itself needs to be way more clear about the price and booking terms and conditions if this is how they run booking clients etc Again the KLINIK is absolutely stunning but the service and the way it’s run is all completely wrong and being within the beauty industry myself and running my own business I know how it should go. In no way shape or form am I stating Dr Rosh isn’t worth what he charges because I am sure he is, however this really needs to be more clear for clients when booking in, especially when they’re paying a £50 deposit that is not highlighted that it is non refundable or a fee.

   Had a couple of laser hair removal sessions with Lucy and I am seeing great results. She makes you feel completely at ease and is extremely thorough. The procedure itself can be quite intimate (with certain body areas) so it is important that you are able to feel comfortable. The clinic is a lovely environment too and very calming.

   DR Rosh and his staff are very professional. I had my fillers dissolved with Rosh and it was a very quick and painless experience- Rosh is also very clear and talks you through the process and I was made to feel extremely comfortable and welcome throughout all of my appointments. My recent visit to Klnik I had lip filler correction since my filler dissolving session 2 weeks prior and I am so pleased with the results. My lips look amazing yet still so natural- no bruising what so ever! Very happy client!
