   Scammers... My GP recommended me for physiotherapy. I put the claim through BUPA... got NO answer for a week. When I got them on my phone, someone who BARELY spoke English told me I had to pay the physiotherapy myself while being incapable of explaining the reasons... The app is useless since ALL the links say "Call this number". You wait for hours to, in the end, not being "authorised" to receive treatment.
