Avoid this GP we are putting a formal complaint in as they failed to complete my 24-hour urine 5-HIAA test and failed to inform me of this. I could have rare cancer passed on from my mother and they do not care nor have they informed me that the test was never sent off ! The woman in reception is rude incompetent and is of low intellect.

Been with this practice now for 35 years and the new doctors are a joke. One of them told me they didnβt have time to speak to me about my symptoms and Iβd need to make another appointment. The call lasted 32 seconds from start to finish, yet she was ringing to discuss my symptoms. Had the same GP today and she laughed and said she didnβt know why she was ringing me, despite it having been booked in 2 weeks ago and told me they canβt book appointments in advance. Then she informed me she was ringing with test results but didnβt know my history despite having an autoimmune disease. Itβs poor to say the least. I will be changing my GP. Avoid at all costs.

Having moved to the area the doctor and reception have been nothing short of first class. Doctor dealt with my online query within 30 minutes of submission and reception staff assisted with accessing me to my patient access account after forgetting my password and changing my phone number. Thanks again

Many, many years ago you could never get through to make appointments. One time I even rang 40-50 times within a couple of hours and still didn't get through. However, I always found the Drs & Nursing staff great, and the reception team they have are fantastic too ! Then approx 4-5 years ago their new phone system and maybe other changes they implemented approx made it so much easier to get through. As you went into a phone queue instead of getting the engaged tone when the line was busy. Now they have an online portal which has made it even easier for most people to make appointments. You answer some well designed questions, list any concerns and can even upload photos. All in all, it's become a well run great practice.

Very unhelpful and use less staff members. Chasing a doctors note. Keeps referring to link online but the links has not work for two days. They wonβt help you. They are too lazy. And when you visit the surgery receptionist is just busy chatting with each other receiving a salary from tax payers and not doing their job. I havenβt changed surgery as this one is across the street from my house and I donβt drive and have disability.

I am relatively new to this practice, but they were very supportive and helpful at my time of serious need. All the staff have been great, I have learned a lot, since what has happened to me, that there are people who are much worse off than ourselves, even if we are having a very difficult time. You may not realise what is going on in the background, or how they are looking after people in a dignified respectful way. Nothing is perfect, but in my experience, the staff and doctors, have done everything to sort things out for me. I may not be finished with their help and support yet, but I truly thankful.

Had an appointment with this surgery for 11-10am yesterday. I arrived around 40 minutes early am was informed that my appointment had been cancelled given no explanation from any of the staff. I asked was it possible to speak with the on-call Dr via telephone only to be informed that no oncall Dr's are available. Why cancel my appointment at such short notice no way was this acceptable out of all the patients it had to be me only one reason your Dr's think that my symptoms are psychological and that i am psycally well. I am experiencing exactly the same problems with being seen as a nuisance patient. They have a staff member called Sue who I know that her job is not answering the telephone calls. This is to much of a coincidence this employee has personally informed me that i am contacting the surgery to many times and I am a problem and i am upsetting their staff. No surgery has ever used this against me your staff are trained are they not I am upsetting no one it is a personal choice whether you choose to be upset and you're staff have every opportunity to disingage and it was your staff who were the problem. Instead of disengaging your staff chose personally to go on the attack and challenge me with aggression. Your staff are human this is why I am not prepared to complain to your manager who has already informed me that i am the problem. I have proven my point that your staff are not immune from telling lies just like human being in the world. In all systems even the police lie in court read some Jordan Peterson psychology about human habits and nature. I was told to look for another surgery they know the implications involved for me. Your staff are hoping that I go willingly. Two reception staff do treat me with respect. The majority of the other staff are all twisting my version of events leading to the manager saying that her staff wouldn't do this. So what she is implying is that I am lying. You know what impact this has on me and you writing notes to my files with the word of some dishonest staff should not be allowed. None of the reception staff are qualified to make any decisions regarding access to see any Dr's by way of telephone or face to face appointment. This option is being denied to me in order that i find another surgery. Inform the police if you're staff have any problems with my behaviour. At least I have a chance of proving that I am breaking no law's. I will tell you this why does Sue always answer my calls because all she does is hang up on me. Your staff are no different from all the other surgerys. Why would you're surgery not register me unless I signed a behavioural order. What for their is no records on any of my NHS record's in using the NHS in 60 years. No threat's to cause harm verbally or psycally towards all NHS staff including patients. You give me a legal valid reason for this course of action. What you were asking me to do was illegal. I will repeat myself medical gaslighting is illegal. This is the pattern that I can see I always access NHS services for one reason only your reception staff are not there to judge me.

AVOID, NOT EVEN 1 STAR. Staff are rude - I asked for an update on my prescription (requested 2 days before), was told it hasn't been done - this was a Friday so I was concerned. Receptionist said it was not life threatening so wait until Monday (my pills keep me alive). I was then told to wait until they closed so I could ring 111, as they didn't want to do their job. This is a disgrace. I emailed to raise a complaint and requested a final letter so I could go to the ombudsman and they refused. I would not use this place even if it was the last GP on Earth, I would rather kick the bucket. There is NO customer service - if I spoke to a customer like that in my job I would be sacked or at least disciplinary action would be taken - but here they get away with it. What is our NHS coming to?
