   Had an appointment with Dr Zermansky. Everyone at the clinic was lovely and Dr Zermansky was great. I felt like he really focused on my experience with the condition I have, took his time to listen to all concerns and not only answered all my questions but also proactively gave me and my partner advice on managing my condition.

   I booked in with a dermatologist with a skin condition i was seen by the doctor yell that only lasted about five minutes and was given psychotic medication that I do not understand as this was a skin condition the medication made me want to commit suicide after taking it as she prescribed for 30 days of 10mg and if it didn't work I had to up it to 20mg for another 30 day i stopped it straight away on the 20mg after feeling something wasn't right how I was feeling so be careful as this experience could of bin so different if I didn't google it and look at the side effects what she actually gave me this medicine is for people with bipolar and over mental illness not skin conditions i am so upset as it wasn't explained to me what she had gave me and the side effects it had this has put me off ever going private again

   I cannot praise Doctor Jennifer Yell, and the nurses,receptionists and staff enough. All are highly professional but also kind and compassionate. Appointments at the Spire hospital, Hale are a pleasure.
