   Do NOT use them. My experience has been horrific. I had one NHS appointment on 19th Sept and was seen by Dr Irukulla. They do NOT advise you they can only issue itemized bills after payment has been made. Their dentists put WRONG information on patient records. The dental hospital just confirmed to me that even though the dentist practice promised to submit a referral, they have NOT done so!!! They have wasted me 3 months!

   I honestly believe myDentist Kings Norton is the best dental practice in the UK. I travel all the way from London just to see my Dentist and my Hygienist here, thats how good they are! The team is incredibly kind, caring and truly accommodating by working outside of regular hours to fit me in. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and tailor the treatment to my needs and provide excellent treatment that's great value for money. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough for anyone looking for professional, compassionate, top quality dental care.

   I recently had my first appointment at "My Dentist" and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and polite. The dentist was very professional and took the time to show me the x-ray of my teeth, which made me feel truly valued as a patient. I also received clear and reassuring advice about the payment process from a very helpful staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!). Overall, the entire team made me feel at ease, and I’m genuinely looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend! Warm regards Maxine

   We’ve been coming to this dental clinic for a long time, always seeing Dr. Liliya and honestly, she’s the best dentist we’ve ever met in the UK, hands down! Super professional, incredibly gentle, and just amazing at what she does. Dr. Liliya is not only brilliant at her job, but also one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. The whole team is always friendly, welcoming, and caring. One of the best signs? After today’s routine appointment, my four-year-old son said, “Mom, I want to come back here again soon.” That says it all. Highly, highly recommend!

   This is a review for the Kings Norton practice and Dr Parmar in particular. I wo t bore everyone with my story but Dr Parmar helped me when both another dentist and A&E could not. Making decisions that went against their recommendations and supposed finding to correctly identify and treat my issue. I can't say thank you enough. I went here as an emergency booking on Saturday and Sunday and the reception staff and Dr Parmar s assistant were all very nice. Thanks again

   Best dentist I've ever seen.miss hester is a brilliant dentist. Always puts me at ease, explains everything properly and her work on my teeth has been amazing I couldn't recommend this practice enough.i must add all the staff from dentist to dental nurses and reception staff are all very friendly and professional too.

   Fantastic dentist, all the staff are lovely, were brilliant with my 8 year old, putting him at ease and making him laugh, they all have the time for you and make you feel at ease and give the best treatment...i highly recommend this place

   Really great staff, the receptionist, dental nurse and dentist were all so supportive/helpful and kind! Considering I had a root canal I didn't really expect it to be a pleasant experience however I actually had a laugh with the dentist after it was done. They don't pressure you like some other private dentists can. Really positive experience! ☺
