   Had a lovely dentist helped me to smile again the customer service is top notch and the dentist gentle man was great really fixed all my problems I'm so happy and I'd advice any one with phobia of the dentist to go to castle vale dentist they are so good I suffer with anxiety and depression and they total understand and was so helpful to get me through some treatments so a big massive thank you thank you thank you they have given me my smile back I do recommend castle vale dentist 110 percent

   I had Katie as my dentist. Being very nervous of dentists she put me at ease straight away. She's got a very pleasant manner and really knows what she's doing. It's a shame that Katie is leaving.

   Been coming to Castle Dental Care for over 25 years & did leave for a few months when I moved house, but regretted it so asked to rejoin & they let me, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I hate going the dentist but I feel very relaxed when I come here & my Dentist Camilla is fab & puts me at ease, I had a tooth extracted today & it was over in minutes & wasn’t as bad as I thought. Would highly recommend.

   On attending my visit to the dentist I met Dentist Katie, Nurse Madi & Becky M and I have to say they were so lovely. For the first time everything was broken down to me where usually things just get told to me about what’s going to be done and that’s it. It was a refreshing change and I liked it. I was given advice on what I should and shouldn’t do and why. They all made me feel at ease and that they were paying attention to my teeth/gums and it’s not just about getting the money but once explained what was going on I didn’t mind paying the money to get things sorted. I wish she was a permanent fixture to the dental practice as I believe more people would want to visit as apposed to avoiding. Thank you guys so much you are all lovely x

   Waited for 30 minutes for dental checkup appointment on 14 Feb23. Dentist checked my teeth but did not clean and polished my teeth, I pointed out that one of my teeth is turning black from inside it should have been cleaned but nothing was done about it, very disappointed with the service.

   Lovely surgery. Waiting times for appointments aren't too bad and are great with emergencies. I've been coming here with my children for years. Receptionist are very welcoming, kind and caring and know who I am. Great all round service.

   I know not everybody has a positive experience but I must say I think we must have the best dental practice in the Midlands because from our families point of view we get nothing but 100% plus help, service and support from all the staff at this practice. I think if they could introduce an online service like we have at the doctors that can only further improve a otherwise faultless practice.

   I've been going here for 20 years. Cracking dental practice. Two of the receptionists have been there for nearly all of that 20 years and are not only good at their jobs but are bubbly and personable and not miserable 'computer says no' types. Camilla the dentist is also the consummate professional but also has a lovely personality. Highly recommended.

   Use a different service, reception are rude, have got a attitude problem and they are not willing to help unless it's a emergency and they don't want to help you if they have kicked you off the records due to having ill health issues previously and they aren't taking new patients although I'm a previous patient and they are happy to leave me not being able to eat due to a ill fitting plate which they made. Very poor quality of care
