Usb heated jacket. No mention that you need to buy a power bank. I bought a Belkin power bank, switched it on & plugged it into the jacket & although the setting buttons on the jacket lit up & i selected which one i wanted but the jacket did not warm up. Tried again with different setting but still nothing. As my wife said, i should have bought from Regatta !! Will be returning jacket.
