   Staff are very friendly and clear in the instructions. We were allowed to do the test a bit earlier. Results were supposed to come within 24 hours, but it came to me after about 7 hours, really efficient. Would recommend to others.

   Avoid at all costs!!! Very rude and unprofessional. They don’t say anywhere on their website that cancellations are not refundable. I booked a test for £59, had to cancel and I did more than 48 hours before the appointment time. I was refunded £29, as a gesture of ‘good will’ (!?). Why they retained an admin fee of £30 I will never understand. Don’t use this service, I will make sure a lot of people know about how terrible this company is.

   Would not recommend - got a PCR test for myself and my child to travel to China. They sent me the fit to fly certificate and has got the date I had my test done wrong. This therefore meant that the airline/country would not accept it as it had to be within a 48 time frame. The only saving grace is someone at the office resent me the correct one shortly before the check in closed. However, when paying for this service, you should be able to rest easy that they are able to enter the correct data onto their forms. Their mistake could have cost me a 5 thousand pound flight. I then heard at check in that this was not the first time on that day that DAM had made mistakes (putting passport details in wrong).

   Where do I begin? We had a fit to fly appointment, today at 9 am, and the clinic is closed! Not one email or a phone call to let us know anything! Will go further with this complain, what a unprofessional clinic in manchester, now we gonna have to test at the airport!!!!

   I and my wife submitted our tests via the app for a rapid fit to fly home test. The promise is a 30 minute result. We both passed. All good, so you would think. However, we are now over 26 hours on and 12 hours before our holiday. 7 emails, 4 twitter chats, 2 phones which took over an hour. Result, another promise we will have our certifications within an hour. 2.40 later and still no certificates. Live chat does not work, and all but one email remain ignored. Truly shocking customer service. Thankfully, I have legal cover. Dam Health are on the hook for the cost of our cruise.

   What a lovely team based in DAM Health Stretford. I rescheduled a booking and was meant to arrive at Manchester City Centre but shout out to Claire for rearranging this appointment for me. From the start to finish, each member of staff were so pleasant and gave me step by step advice as to what would happen next. I booked the results within 24hours PCR Fit to Fly Test. Appointment at 9.30am and I received my results within 6 hours. Thank you to this amazing team for making the process fast and efficient.

   Had my antigen test done yesterday. The staff were all professional and polite. It was well organised. The waiting time was minimal and the lady who carried out my test was really friendly and efficient. My results were back quickly on the app they suggested and a little later via email. Great service. Highly recommend.
