   After neck surgery a few years ago I didn't think I'd be able to ride a drop bar bike again. But after a bike fit from Will Beauchamp; including an off bike exercise programme to address some strength and functionality issues I've just completed a 50 mile Gravel event with 4000ft of climbing without a problem. Thanks to Will for getting me cycling pain free again.

   Saw Will and the team for a running assessment. Wanted to understand my efficiency, if my form needed work and how to avoid injury. It was a very detailed session checking a lot of metrics. It was followed by an analysis report and recommendations for improvement, along with exercises to improve weaknesses. Great experience and exactly what I was looking for ! Thanks Team

   Excellent bike fitting process. The physical exam beforehand made sure the bike set up suited my needs and physical limitations. Tim explained everything well and the bike feels much better. He adjusted the float in my cleats to allow for better alignment when pedalling. Highly recommended, especially of you are a newbie to cycling like myself.

   10/10! I discovered this gem of a place after sustaining a nasty back injury. Both Kat and Clare have helped me considerably with my recovery and after what seemed a bleak outlook recovery wise i was back running and doing the things i enjoy within a couple of months. Their Pilates classes are incredibly good and cater for all abilities. I can't recommend this place and the staff enough. They're a hive of knowledge.

   I had to write this review because I have always been impressed with this place . Will was brilliant , not only did he give sone great physio advice but also fantastic all round running tips and health improvements. A very holistic and personal touch, It’s the attention to detail that counts , no running off seeing other clients at the same time like at some clinics. Great service and worth every penny

   I have been having post operative physio with the NHS and not been very happy with the quality of service. Ok the NHS are pushes, rushed and bushed at the moment but that’s no excuse for lack of person centred care. On 6.1.22 I had my first treatment session with Vee at Worsley Physio. What a contrast! She was warm , personable and informative. She assessed me properly and showed me the subtleties of how I could improve some exercises and decrease the pain. She also gave me some additional exercises and lots of support and encouragement. I learned more in one session with Vee than my 4 sessions with NHS. I am going back for more treatment with Worsley Physio and I know she will help me get better. I need not have worried , of course. All my family including myself have been to Worsley Physio before. The staff are brilliant, the results are positive and the foundations creek with higher degrees and awards of the highly accomplished staff. Brilliant organisation that not only talk the talk, but walk the walk - symmetrically of course.
