At the start I was extremely nervous & anxious & now feel so much more comfortable knowing that I will be well cared for & have any procedures explained throughly & reassurance given.    I have been seeing Hassan for some corrective and much needed implant work. He has a very calming way about him and so I am far less nervous and trust that he is helping with my issues caused by a previous dentist. I am also seeing Celia, the owner of the practice and she is taking care of my overall dental care. From walking in and being greeted by a friendly face and sitting in a very comfy chair. I feel so much more confident that they will look after me.

   I've been a patient at this practice for over 2 years and its been really lovely and everyone is so patient and accommodating. You feel like you are a part of this practice from the time you walk through the door till the time you leave. When I started I had my dental check ups with Alex who was able to identify my infection which led me to having a dental implant. Best decision I made thanks to the the team here. Hassan who is a specialist in the field sorted me out with my treatment and Georgie was kind enough to help me and guide me financially with my plan. I would definitely recommend this practice and always do to all my friends and family. I would like to thank them for all their support thus far. Really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.❤️❤️❤️

   Posting on behalf of my mother - As a nervous visitor I was put at ease straight away by the warm reception from the staff. Sonal and Demi -May made them selves known to me as they knew I was apprehensive. I really needn’t have been. They were amazing. Sonal calmed me with her soothing voice and deep breathing techniques and Demi held my hand whilst my treatment commenced. Before I knew it I was all done and ready to leave. It’s unlikely that one will ever really have a pleasant experience at the dentist however with time and patience it eased my anxiety and I would highly recommend to the anxious patient primarily but for anyone else too. Thank you.

   I have been a patient for 8 years and wouldn't consider going elsewhere. The entire NBTT team are welcoming, professional and truly involve you in decisions surrounding your oral health. If you are a nervous patient, you will be taken care of, whether it be in the kind, supportive welcome from Louise and the reception team, to the guidance from Celia or any of the well qualified and knowledgeable dentists. Big shout out also for Sarah H. By far the best hygienist I have visited.

   Having read your response, I am not interested in your excuses. I would like my £66.00 refunded or at the least, part of it! I categorically heard you say to your Receptionist "charge her an emergency fee" This was definitely not an emergency appointment. I waited for the next available appointment. Please ask your Receptionist to verify. *********************** Third visit to this Dentist and will definitely not be going ahead with treatment here. Prices are very inconsistent! They charge what they like! Quoted somewhere between £75 and £90 to re-cement a crown. Actually charged £66 within a couple of minutes in the chair to confirm they couldn't re-cement crown and to proceed to sell me an implant. No treatment, no assessment. Nothing. Not impressed whatsoever and will not be returning. My advice would be to go somewhere else.

All of their staff are attentive and provide excellent customer care. I no longer dread going to the dentist and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

   This dentist is amazing for sure. The receptionist is very welcoming, the hygienist I saw was thoughtful and the dental nurse were so kind and aproachable. And the actual dentist herself put me at ease through my whole treatment, had time to listen to me with empathy and answer all my questions, she is very knowledge and approachable too. The whole experience after 3 visits now has been a good experience, and I am someone who dislikes going to the dentist. This dentist was recommended to me and I only have praise to give, and now I recommend them to others.
