Great dentist but the receptionist really let's the place down. She's so unnecessarily rude & has no empathy at all.
Myself and my family are patients here and I'm under going work at the moment. I have to say the whole team are professional and very helpful. My dentist explains everything about my procedures and is very calm and reassuring in his approach. I will never change from this practice and highly recommend it to new patients Kindest regards David Gillett
I recently visited this in Birmingham, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Chatta is an absolute gem! They took the time to explain every step of the procedure and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The care and attention to detail were top-notch, and I felt completely confident in their hands. The clinic itself is modern and clean to ensure the best possible care. I was especially impressed with their commitment to hygiene and safety, which made me feel very comfortable. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this Dentist and their team to anyone in need of dental care. They truly go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!
I tried to call the practice to change an appointment I had for another day. I called for 20 minutes on and off with no answer. Finally I got through and I spoke to Lauren and explained (in a normal manner, calmly) I'd been trying to call for 20 mins to which she just responded ' how can I help!?' I said 'an apology would have been nice but anyway'..... I still got nothing after that. I just found her very rude. I wanted to change my appointment for another day but ended up cancelling it all together because of her rudeness. I've found another dental practice now, I don't want to be spoken to rudely every time I call to make an appointment! The dentist I saw last time was very good though that's why I gave it 2 stars otherwise I wouldn't even have given it 1 star!
Awful practice. Visited once, the dentist was great however the rude practice manager MARY (who is rude every single time I’ve visited the practice or called) who has waited her entire life to be in a position of authority just to belittle disabled people. I was spoken to rudely and abruptly by Mary on the telephone as she sniggered once she confirmed calls were not recorded. I explained I can become easily distressed due to being overwhelmed due to my mental health disability and Autism, Mary clearly stated that she did not care and it was the same rules for everyone regardless of disability. I explained to her that I have repeatedly said my previous appointment was missed due to being hospitalised and my carer contacted the dentist on the day, her response was that I was not being honest and that the appointment was missed and I must pay a charge per the OWNERS RULES. What a terribly run practice, I have a genuine reason why I was unable to attend the appointment in 2022 and even stated that I could prove I was hospitalised. The response was, if you’re not happy then go elsewhere. Awful. Such a shame that Mary had single handset tarnished what I once thought was a reputable dentist. Mary clearly needs to be retrained on how to liaise with people with various backgrounds/disabilities/impairments As her ignorance in 2023 that was displayed is shocking. I will be sending this complaint in writing to the practice and contacting the ICB and the PHSO regarding this matter too.
I had an appointment today the dentist was lovely made me feel very comfortable I had my teeth cleaned he was very gentle definitely recommend this place
They mad me feel do comfortable never felt Any pressure at all when taken teeth out so polite kind great dentist 100% best dentist I've been to in 63 years
Always avoided the dentist like the plague but thanks to mr chatta and Margret’s friendly approach to dentistry I’m always relaxed when I visit , mr chatta explains the chosen procedures thoroughly before hand and Margret is always there for a chat while filling in the paperwork i rate them both 10/10
I went here in 2014 when the densit on sheaf lane took my wrong tooth out and this place was brilliant and not been till last week, this is the best dentist I've ever been to and also booked my son in to, give this place a go, lovely caring people, really good densit all round xx
Can’t speak highly enough of this practice. The dentist Mr. Chatta inspires total confidence. He is excellent in explaining exactly what is needed, and how it will be achieved. I’m happy to travel further than I need to for my treatment there. Long may it continue!
