   I had a serious injury with my bicep tendon, and immediately went to see Andraz. He has the capability to diagnose a problem, and to start working on helping me improve. The pace of physio was good, and I felt improvement continually. The exercises have been focussed and I have recovered at the pace that Andraz told me I would. I would have no doubt in recommending Adnaz and Physiofit for any Physio needs.

   I always enjoy my physio sessions and the pain in my back has eased a great deal. Lucy Gillbank taught me some exercises that I do every morning and they really work.    ⭐ 10 / 10 service from Lucy! I went to Lucy with over 2 years of knee pain, constantly taking breaks between inflammation, running on a pain gauge, and getting no further with with an unsuccessful physio elsewhere, I felt like I was hitting a brick wall. After listening to my concerns, she diagnosed me correctly and helped me rehab, and after a few months l am so happy to be back doing what I love. Thank you so much Lucy for all your lovely support, I would recommend to anyone☺️

   I have had a wonderful experience seeing Jean at Physiofit about my PPPD (Persisitent Postural Perceptual Dizziness). Having been dizzy since Covid, and having beeing diagnosed with PPPD, I was out of ideas. I'd had months and months of consistent dizziness and nausea. Just a few months in with Jean and my dizziness had completely gone. I never would have believed this was possible. When I first went to see her I thought I knew it all; I'd read PPPD books etc but still Jean taught me new stuff that I had never seen anywhere else. Thank you Jean. Your help has been life-changing.

   I had superb treatment at Physiofit from Sophie Gilbanks who treated my arthritis related pains and stiffness with a series of sports massage in November and December 2022. She was very tuned in to my problems and targeted the problem areas expertly. I found the massages beneficial and miss her!
