I am very happy with my dental practice. I always receive great help and care whenever I visit. The staff are very friendly, kind, and supportive, which makes every appointment comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciate all the help I get and would highly recommend this practice to others.
Outstanding service from Dr. Hadil and Nurse Salma. Dr. Hadil is highly professional, skilled, and explains everything clearly, which makes you feel completely at ease. I was referred to Selly Oak Dental Practice by my granddaughter, who said confidently: They will take care of you Nan, everyone in the practice is really nice and friendly! I experienced them to be just so. They really took care of me! In one emergency appointment Charlie did what my own dentist could not do and even after waiting for 12 hours at the hospital previously and, in the end had no solution to my dental issue. I'm impressed with Charlie Davis who after assessment got the necessary work done. I am happy to recommend Charlie and give a 5 Star rating on this review to the practice! Was greated nicely at the reception. Nice friendly staff. Had an emergency appointment. It was one of the best dentist experience I have had in a long time. As quick as I was in I was out with very little pain. Everything was explained to me in detail. Highly recommend
Was seen by Dr Hassan and Mia. Both of them were patient, gentle and kind. This Dentist took great interest and care of and for my gum and teeth. I thank him for is concern and advise he has given. For all the visits l had the experience has been a lovely one despite my fears of going to the Dentist because my teeth are so sensitive. My gum and teeth are in a better condition than when I first saw him. Thank the Lord Jesus for Dr Hassan Adi and team, they are lovely.
Great dentists however the overall service is below satisfactory: long wait times of 30 minutes + and a phone line that always cuts off so it is near impossible to get through to reception. There have also been several instances where I have travelled to the clinic only to get my appointment cancelled at the last minute! The managers are unreachable so not really sure if any feedback gets relayed to them but from how the standards have dropped over the past few years, I don't believe so. Due to all of the above, I have left the clinic and found another one with much better customer service.
Very disappointing.I had an emergency appointment however I didn’t get relieved, the dentist felt robotic despite me trying to explain my pain , he only did a lower X-ray and didn’t consider the fact that dental pain can be referred because when I went to another hospital for help I did both upper and lower jaw X-ray which showed an upper affected tooth. I was truly disappointed because I was in agony for 2 weeks despite visiting here
My mum was seen by Dr Nisar. A very good dentist who explained everything to mum/me. Unfortunately, the temporal filling came off and had to go back but he did not charge. Very reasonable doctor, rare to find
First rate dental practice, the reception staff are kind, efficient and helpful. I have had a range of work carried out including multiple extractions cosmetic dentistry and routine check-ups, all were carried out to the highest standard and completely painless.
