horrible experience, had an appointment booked for 10:45am and the dentist only just arrived at 11:20am past. barely any space in the waiting room. the dentist himself was very rude.

Not only did they refuse to see him, but they also spoke to me in a disrespectful and offensive manner, telling me to go somewhere else. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against seeking dental care at this practice. They demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and empathy towards patients in need." Personally I would give zero stars if option was allowed.

I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking compassionate and timely care for their loved ones."Most awful dental practice, if you wish to discuss a matter or explain how a patient is feeling, they throw you out and refuse treatment, very ill mannered. This dental practice is run by a fragile individual, whose un-professional who can't tolerate or accept patients or their family voicing their opinion, and throw patient out of the door discussing their medical issue at the door, which breaks confidentiality. This dentist needs some therapy to resolve his own mental health issues, before treating any patient, his unfit.
I can see this place has mixed reviews; some good and some bad. I have been registered with this dental practice for several years. I can say I have had no issues in obtaining an appointment and been seen to. Dr Patel is a great dental expert, and irrespective of your teeth conditions; he positively gives your advice and instructions. The practice has a small waiting area, which is all very clean and spaced out. Parking is a small issue as they are on the main road; but there is parking spaces on the side roads. Overall, these guys are good.
I like dentist but the service is not good they are too slow and they take like one hour to check.
Worst dentist I have ever been westing time and the dentist it's own just having chatting with receptionist staff for 20 mints for no reason they don't care people are waiting never recommended this to anyone
A dentist that understood an emergency appointment. I was welcomed by kind and friendly staff who were very reassuring. The dentist was polite and professional who treated me. It's even disabled friendly being on the ground floor
Dr Patel is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain to me via telephone what my current issue was; was well relieved after the phone call. Very helpful and cheerful young man. Highly recommend!!!!
Contacted the dentist as my son had severe pain in his tooth. the reception staff were very helpful. The dentist, Dr Patel called me the same day and gave me advise. he was extremely kind and understanding. he listened to the problem and i was very happy with the advise i was given. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
