Purchased a hard to find stereo from OEM Car Audio Ltd on eBay back in May 2022 - the unit has worked perfectly since. OEM were also very helpful with an enquiry I had over a year later. Great service, would recommend.
My dealings with OEM Car Audio so far have been excellent. The infotainment system in my VW is well known for having touch screen problems so rather than try and fix it I decided to buy a slightly newer, and more up to date, unit from OEM Car Audio on eBay. Delivery was prompt and I'm pleased I decided to upgrade. The new unit was easy to fit and is working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!
After a battery change, we couldn't recode the radio on my brothers nissan note. Nissan dealership was unhelpful. One call to OEM and the radio was back in action.
I spent over 2 months looking for a sat nav DVD reader for my car, it appears it was a rather obscure model, and I was beginning to despair. Fully expecting to get another disappointment I phoned OEM, the very helpful guy said he would try and find one, within 24 hours he had not only located one but it was even a reconditioned one with 3 months warranty, I received it, very professionally packed 2 days later. I cannot fault this guys helpfulness, he really bent over backwards to help me
Excellent service and packaging. Replaced a unit which did not arrive from the couriers with another,and were very good at communication. Purchased through ebay a BMW Business unit for my Z3.
Posted the item back after it didn’t work on my car, didn’t revive a refund! Kept telling me he would check but kept it going! Till I gave up. Untrust worthy!
