As someone with Autism, I don't enjoy Clarendon's surgery as a whole as I never feel like anyone actually cares, even the doctors, I'm just a ticket in a line to receive my pill, I've been trying to get an ADHD diagnosis, I've just completed the form and have spent 20 minutes going through my emails, looking on the website, which is just an organised mess, the contact us, doesn't even look like it has an email address, if I'm a low intelligence person fine, but the fact that your website is difficult to navigate to simply send an email is disgusting, I hope I'm just missing something simple, i can't even call in to book an appointment as it's done online, Clarendons is a prime example of how the NHS just makes it difficult to receive healthcare in the UK

A few years ago I went to Clarendon surgery not feeling well the doctor at Clarendon was brilliant he listened and sent me for a blood test within days I was diagnosed with a underactive thyroid I was given the treatment I needed. Now I feel a lot better and Clarendon give me blood test every 6 months to monitor my bloods great service

Not the staffs fault, however it is difficult to get an appointment. EVEN MORE DIFFICULT TO SEE A DOCTOR. Pysyical problems are dealt over the phone. How can a Doctor do anything for a Pysyical problem without seeing a patient? This facility has an overwhelming number of people who need services. Serious medical concerns are fobbed off to "other" departments. Metal health is largely ignored. There is no genuine care. There is no connection with other services or consistency about this shoddy practice.

While the people that work there are all very nice, everything seems to be a production and you get the feeling that you are pretty much on your own with whatever it might be that has brought you there. Maybe its the sign of the times but its by quite a long way the least personal General Practice I have ever dealt with.

There are some fixable issues (see below) but ultimately they are a good team doing an admirably good job to manage too many patients and too high demand. The receptionist team in particular are really great. + PATCHS (an online portal to request appointments/flag issues) is a good initiative. It could be a bit more useful in terms as it's a bit automated and not always patient-friendly, but it's a handy way of flagging issues without phoning them. _ I know they're so so busy, but most of us are trying to work within that and their approach can be frustrating. When waiting for a telephone appointment, they sometimes only ring for a second then hang up. You've no means of calling them back as it's withheld. It's rude and really not ideal.

Reception staff are friendly and helpful particularly the younger receptionists. I think they go above and beyond the accommodate. The GPβs are fantastic particularly Dr Tankle, Dr Rafferty, DR Jukes, Dr Coish, Dr Angeli (maybe spelt wrong I also havenβt seen her for a long time but she is an amazing doctor) All that been said. It is frustrating to phone at 14.02 to find out that they have reached there maximum capacity for routine calls. Thanks to our Tory government. Itβs sad itβs not really the surgeryβs fault.

It's our GP for more than a year. Honestly speaking, although many people usually complain about their GP, we haven't had any bad experience with Clarendon Surgury yet. We have found them really polite, helpful and caring and more importantly you can rely on them when you need their help.

I have been with this surgery for over 39 years and our family has recently received the most appalling service from them. My Dad has been awaiting results from the hospital from a mammogram and a blood test since 30.11.2021. We have chased the doctor's 4 times for the results and each time have been told they didn't have them. Follow up phone call today confirmed they did in fact receive the results on 22.12.2021. Absolutely disgraceful.

Went to the Allergy testing with my little girl and the staff there were fantastic - Everyone we spoke to from receptions down stairs to nurses upstairs were super helpful, very chatty with little one too. Cant praise the Nurses and Doctor enough when taking us threw to get weighed and to do the test and they were all great. Covid - measure in place the building was clean and tidy everyone had masks including staff and use of sanatising products threw out :)
