   I honestly believe that Deane Clinic is a brilliant practice. Dr Selvarajan had looked after me very well and the staff are both very kind and friendly to me. I don’t understand why others have put bad reviews. I hope this practice gets the recognition which they deserve!

   UPDATE: Having failed to make a appointment on the phone, spent 3 months talking to the receptionist to get the correct repeat prescription. Still causes anxiety attacks every time I reorder. Still unable to get an appointment, not even sure a doctor works here. Was called in for a health review with the nurse, first appointment of the day, and still 30 minutes late. Bravely have filled in the online appointment request, after doing the automated self triage, 2 weeks and no response. Have started conversations with the Grim Reaper instead, as I am likely to see him before the doctor, even if I live another 45 years. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place, actively seeking a new doctor, but it may be quicker to get qualified myself. ☠️☠️☠️

   The absolute worst clinic, book an appointment they’ll cancel it to fit their cousins or friends in, the doctors never well enough to see the patients. On top that they don’t listen to anything you have to say. Oh and the receptionist is a doctor now . Whilst in an appointment with one of them they called me to ask where I was. Then booked my appointment for midnight. useless bunch of people that get paid too mess patients about all day. Literally wouldn’t recommend this surgery to anyone.

   I would like to thank Dr Selvarajan His quick response with the treatment he gave me, saved me from having to go into hospital and possibly saved my life. His attentive and meticulous treatment to me, was so thoughtful and I can't thank him enough I am now on the mend thanks to this brilliant doctor Thank you once again

   Absolutely disgraceful service. My wife needed to see the doctor urgently, and they said they would ring her back yesterday. No phone call or anything asked to speak to the manager of the place, and the feedback is that she is working from home and we have to put a letter in before she would speak to us. The next stop is possibly looking at taking it legal now. Please, people, don't use this dump. They are not interested in you.

   I have been at this surgery since we moved to Bolton and it’s a complete joke only reason we stayed was because Jannette was fantastic now that she’s retired going to have to find somewhere else to take my family! Been waiting a week for a telephone consultation as your not allowed to be seen anymore until you have a phone consultation first and now I can’t get through as they keep cutting of the call and all I’m trying to find out if I’m still on the list for the phone call I was meant to have Tuesday and I’ve been ringing since this morning it is now 4.30 joke!!!

   The car park is absolutely covered in ice. There has been no attempt at clearing the snow from last weekend and because of the lower temperature, the snow has frozen and turned into ice. Great if you're looking for a free ice rink, not so great for disabled people.

   Great place from my point of veiw, the doctors are very good and have time to listern to you, i have had to visit several times this year, the staff from reception to doctors have bin great with me and have helped me on every visit whilst under pressure, keep up the good work .
