The ladies provided such a lovely care today. I had a minor surgery and they made sure I’m comfortable, well informed and they even fed my medical curiosity. Thank you!

Not the best place to go as it's for minor surgery, but my experience was great, the staff were polite and friendly, had my surgery and off home I went

DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS DOCTORS As a fellow health care worker I will never use this doctors again. They completely dismay any concerns and are to be told that they don’t keep records of people allergies is quite concerning. I’ve been twice and both times I had to send photos never get a face to face appointment. The way the doctors send messages is beyond unprofessional. It’s a HEALTH CARE PRACTISE with NO CARE !!!!! I’ve been to many doctors in Manchester and greater Manchester and this one is by far the worst I’ve had to deal with. Certainly will not be using this practise anymore and would recommend anyone who has moved to this area to NEVER USE THIS DOCTORS. A formal complaint will be done as this is not the first but second time of just poor service from a health care practice

Do NOT register with this surgery. By and large they will not take your complaints seriously. I have had abnormal blood tests for over a year and they have not given me a face to face appointment to discuss them despite chasing it up a few times, only had repeat testing, no explanation, no follow up. They will dismiss most of your concerns. They won't take you seriously. Like others have said, there are frequent misdiagnoses and quite frankly I consider them unsafe. I don't remember the last time I had a F2F appointment, everything has been through either phone call or the online triage system. If I could rate them a minus rating I would. Please listen to all the negative reviews here and avoid this place.

I was pleased with the care and service I received, everybody was friendly they explained the procedure, at all times, really put me at ease, very kind and supportive. I would definitely go back there again, also easy parking.

Several weeks ago I was told to call on Friday as soon as they open to book an appointment for physiotherapy. So, I did. I was number one in the queue for almost 30mins which seemed odd... Yesterday it was the day of the appointment, I came to a surgery 15mins earlier cause I don't like to be late. My appointment suppose to be at 8am. At 8:20 the receptionist told me that it's weird that nobody call me yet and that she will check what's going on. She came back telling me that somone is trying to contact the doctor. Few minutes later she told me the doctor is on the way. And when I was already waiting there for 1h, she came and told me that there was so massive mixed up and the doctor is not coming. This is just outrageous! No respect for a person's time and pain.
