Went to see Zaheer yesterday, I've had a sore stiff neck for months. 30 minutes with Zaheer and some manipulating and moving of my neck and the final cracks at the end honestly I feel so much freedom in the movement of my neck today. Really nice chap who definitely is recommended.

Mr Abbas is a true professional. Very experienced and knowledgeable in his field. I had been suffering from severe knee and ankle pain after a fall. I only visited his practice twice and now 5 months later, no pain. What impressed me was the care and time he took to talk to me about my other health issues and ability to advise on them as well. I’ve had ongoing back pains from a job which requires me to be stood all day. Finally decided to get it looked at. Certainly a very good decision to reach out to Zaheer. He identified the problems right away. Immediately I could sense he is very knowledgeable and very professional in his approach. As well as providing treatment, he further advised me about various exercises to help me strengthen my back in my own time. A great service indeed and will definitely be recommending him to others.
