Abusive to members of the public. Think they can block traffic and inconvenience people’s lives when the traffic lights are green. Heard bad things about the garage that they over charge people also. One of the members of staff came running at my car in a very threatening manner. I’d be concerned about how they deal with customers
I have been using top spec for years. As a woman iit’s important to trust your garage!, no hidden agenda or over priced service.
Took car in for an MOT and faults were found. Asked how much for it to all be sorted and was given a price - agreed and booked it in the for the next day. Dropped it in first thing in the morning and the repair took the whole day. Communication was poor through this (none basically to say when will be ready/has been delayed) and ended up in me having to visit the garage before closing time as I needed the car that evening. Was told it still wasn't fixed and to come back an hour later (post official closing). Came back again to collect car. Looked at the repairs and only the MOT failures had been fixed, the advisories had remained the same. Staff member suggested this had been a miscommunication which I dont dispute, however no genuine customer care was offered to provide a resolution other than to offer another book in at full price to resolve to the remaining issues. Car has been repaired and has no issues post-repair so cannot fault quality, however left with a overall negative perception of the garage after experience.
Excellent Service and Knowledgeable Staff I went in for an MOT, and the team not only carried that out efficiently but also identified a major issue with the suspension arms that had been missed by a previous garage. They promptly addressed the problem and were incredibly helpful throughout. I really appreciate their honesty and expertise—highly recommended!
Absolutely fantastic family run business, always been accommodating to when I’ve needed their help with my car , even talked me through things on the phone when I’ve called them on occasions. They truly go out of their way to assist .Very professional, helpful and caring people work there, would highly recommend to anyone who wants their vehicle being looked after and at good prices too.

Mick and the team, are hard working and professional group of guys, that work hard to sort out getting you back up and running, professionally and honestly, even the toughest of jobs, as I well know. They keep you informed throughout with progress and updates, to make you feel reassured. 100% committed to customer service and workmanship is the reason these guys are so busy . Nice to know people like these still exist and I personally would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys for your patience and reliable service
Extremely unprofessional customer service. Avoid unless you are prepared to pay double or triple what they originally quote you for a problem with your car. Me and my missus took our car to these guys twice and both times the costs of the job increased at least two fold from the original quoted price, this time almost tripled. Genuinely feels like they threw parts at it and if it didn't solve the problem they just chucked more on which surely could have been avoided if it was just diagnosed properly in the first place? The biggest issue was when we were told that there was petrol in the oil as a result of an issue with the injectors. The person whom we spoke to said he would call us in the morning before he would do the job for the oil, we never got this call. When my missus brought this issue up to the lady on the phone she just told us it was done and how it needed to be done. Regardless of whether it needed to be done or not we were not informed the cost would rise and get a call as promised so we can give the go ahead. When we went to the shop the owner couldn't care less and basically said either pay for it or ill put your old parts back on so you can be on your way basically meaning we've wasted time and effort and would be back to square one. I also don't understand why he kept on bringing up issues such as "trust" and that the woman my missus spoke to on the phone was his wife which was just bizarre as we never even mentioned that we thought they had lied to us nor does it matter who we were speaking to on the phone as we remained professional. Only reason this isnt a 1 star is because of the fact that ultimately the problems with the car was sorted out.
