Appointment was booked very quickly. The staff were very polite. The dentist was thorough and gave me good advice. I now have another appointment to get some fillings. Highly recommended.
I’ve been a patient at Yew Tree Dental care for 20+ years. The staff are lovely they no it’s not my favourite place to be by far! They take really good care of you. Highly recommend the Hygienist for the deep cleaning service.
I had an appointment but they never sent me a text so when I phoned to ask what time it was they told me 9.20am I got there at 9.05 to be told I never had an appointment then to be told it wasn’t until 10.30am and asked to wait . I’ve been waiting for fillings for about 6 months on the last occasion the dentist told me we have got to save that tooth but never bothered booking me a future appointment I had to phone and make my own. He has done me false teeth that don’t fit when the false teeth were done he handed them to me in a plastic bag then when I got home they didn’t fit properly so I had to go back he then thought it would be a good idea to file them down to fit and again handed them to me and said thank you when I got outside and tried to put them in I cut my tongue on the razor sharp teeth that he had filed down. All I wanted in the first place was a filling still hasn’t done them disgusting
I have been coming to this practice for years. Dipesh is very thorough in everything he does. I would 100% recommended him. Visited today the reception are always friendly and welcoming, Ahmed and Danielle the nurses are great! Thank you ☺️

Had 1st appointment today as a new patient who is petrified of dentists and i cannot praise Dr Dipesh Patel and his assistant enough. They made me feel so relaxed and comfortable that any fear i had soon went. Fully deserve 5 stars

I would give zero if I could. The practitioners do not care at all about their patients. My mother has been suffering with her teeth and their view is theres nothing they can do about it. Took her elsewhere, lo and behold theyve helped her. Avoid!
Service at the dentist has gone poor now, receptionist were good but the actual dental practitioner wasn’t. Booked in for a check up and clean, the dentist tried to only give me a check up and said my teeth are fine which was a lie as I did have plaque build up. When I asked for them to be cleaned it was very rushed and was done without care, my teeth must have got cleaned in less than a minute and after when I got home I could see that she didn’t clean them properly. The dental practitioner didn’t seem interested in cleaning or providing sufficient care to her client, this will definitely be my last visit here and I will be moving. I have tried out Scott Arms Dental Care who do charge more but the service is visibly better and you actually enjoy going dentist. It is a shame this dental surgery is gone bad like this, especially when it was very good previously.
