Excellent staff, very polite and well mannered.
Booked appointment for myself and family on a Friday afternoon a month in advanced. They called me a week before asking if I could come any earlier which I couldn't. They then call me on the day to cancel saying they mysteriously now have training and need to reschedule. Even when we are seen by the dentist the appointments are very rushed, literally 60 seconds to check your teeth. Will be making an official complaint
I booked an emergency appointment at fox&goose dental surgery. Firstly, thanks to the staff that I was given an appointment the very next day. I was seen by the Dentist, Priyanka, and I was thoroughly checked, and she promptly prepared the treatment plan. One thing I must say, Dr. Priyanka is a very helpful and responsible dentist. She clearly explained all the issues and treatment plan going forward in order to preserve my teeth. I've now decided to move my wife and children to this surgery. I would highly recommend this clinic to others.
Dentist, receptionists and support staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They work efficiently and put nerves at ease. They treat me and my family members with kindness, respect and comfort. I recommend this dental surgery, and the highly competent staff that work here.
I am extremely nervous when it comes to dentists, I have serious issues regarding my teeth and gums but Priyanka on my first visit to her made me feel at ease , she is very reassuring and not at all derogatory towards me which has unfortunately been some of my past experiences with dentists, I would highly recommend this wonderful lady and her wonderful team to anyone who is like myself, Thank you to everyone at the practice
Had to have a tooth extraction and was feeling really nervous Bur everything went so well The team were brilliant Made me feel relaxed and explained things really clearly
I was given a prescription for antibiotics after a quick check in a preebooked appointment, as I had an infection I could not be treated. I subsequently booked another appointment and was assured by reception that the fee I pay will be adjusted on my next appointment. I came for the appointment today and after a quick check and X Ray I will need and extraction I agreed but when I went to Reception to book. I was charged for this visit. After explaining to reception regarding my previous visit and verbally agreed adjustment of fees, reception then consulted with the Dentist and I had to pay. I have no problems paying for services but I do a big problem with being decieved. I will be now taking my monet and entire family to new and hopefully honest Dentist
Priyanka is one of the best dentists I've met, she is caring, compassionate and competent dentist, she is very patient focused and meets their needs according to their requirements. She providing outstanding service everytime my mother visits her, she has excellent clinical knowledge in dentistry and always provides health promotion advise in dentist. Thanks!!
Maybe if your receptionists would answer the phone when ringing and not just putting you straight to voicemail when you dont feel like answering a call? I rang mutiple times and every time will ring for a few times or even ring once and then straight to voicemail. Ridiculous. Atleast answer the phone. Dont say you was closed as you say on the voicemail you're open from 9am.. And no i dont believe you was busy either.. i rang somewhere else and they gave an appointment straight away. Guys book yourself into Azmat dental service in pehlam! Amazing service and very polite !
