I would strongly advise do not go to this dentist. You make an appointment and you will be seen two hours after your appointment booking. Professionalism is very poor. Dentists are OK but time management and punctuationality is poor.

The worst dentist ever. The receptionists are too busy discussing their hairdressers and eyebrow appointments. Whilst having my check up the receptionists are walking in and out of room like its a communal room. You phone them for an appointment and they say there are no appointments for up to 3 months, then they have emergency appointments as i am paying for my treatment, after 3 or 4 minutes he's like you need your teeth taken out and he told me to book another appointment and told me the exact same thing and to make a further appointment. I was charged twice to be told the same thing, they will happily hand appointments to paying customers but those on benefits will have to wait months. The dental practice needs closing down, its a far cry from Dr patel days. I will be making a formal complaint of the appalling service. The staff need to be looked into as they lack professionalism and basic decorum.

Disappointing experience ! Visited the practice recently to book an appointment for my son... came across an awful incident Overheard a male staff shouting very badly to the female staff members. Unable to ignore as was really bad - it was bound for me to hear That is no manner ! Unprofessional and disgusting behaviour Mainly there are Muslim workers at alum rock- you guys claim to be called Muslims- have some shame That is no way to speak to people especially females. I'm hoping patients are not being treated like that I will be calling the practice to speak to alum rock management so that this can be highlighted and for it to be avoided in the future

I can definitely see why this is a 1 star dentist. The receptionists have no communication skills. They act as if they have been raised in a barn. The receptionists act like children. The calls are never answered considering they just sit there and gossip. And the dentist is usually pretty empty which I’m not suprised by. Do not get me started on the Dentists there. There absolutely awful and made me book an appointment 3 times just to tell me the same thing the last 3 times. Avoid at ALL costs.

I needed an emergency appointment this morning for my 7yr old daughter and spent more than a couple of hours calling dentists without success. Alum Rock Dental Care agreed at very short notice to see her. In the meantime my local dentist called me back with a cancellation slot so we never attended The Alum Rock practice but when I was struggling they offered me help which was greatly appreciated at the time.

Been suffering from wisdom tooth severe pain for a while now. Due to corona I understand every place is slow , the dentist told me to come after 2pm and I went 4pm to collect my prescription. No one answered the door or phone waiting 1 hour. They told me closing time was 4:30pm so how can they close at 4pm. In a lot of pain and it's ashamed my dental practice are rubbish and can not help
