   I spoke to a lovely helpful lady, Paula, on 03/06 who spoke to me regarding accessing the Podiatry service. She offered to print a self referral form for me to pick up from reception. She was a delight to deal with. Imagine how shocked I was the next day 04/06 at approximately 10.15am when I called in to Meadway to be met by a receptionist who was to be very blunt so rude. She didn't look happy that she could not find it and seemed to get me one out of a draw. There were about 4 people waiting at the same time as me and she totally humiliated me with her attitude and body language. Raising her voice she said loudly 'just remember we don't do toe nails!' I replied my referral was following a visit to Trafford General for an X-ray on my ankle. This is so wrong on all levels. She should not be front facing in any departments of the NHS. I recently retired from the NHS and would be horrified if I worked alongside her on a daily basis.

   I had my stitches removal from this place. I had infection soon after the removal. The nurse did not use any sterilised materials to clean the wound and her gloves had touched every where before the removal. Do not recommend this place and it was one of my worst nightmare, I had 2 operations and spent 4 weeks in hospital due to the infection.

   Came here to have my ears syringed and from the minute I arrived the visit was perfect. There is lots of free parking and the reception area is clean with plenty of seating. The nurse that treated me was Victoria and she was brilliant.

   Took my mum today. Such lovely staff. Victoria was so patient and caring whilst looking after my mum. The receptionist was very pleasant and upbeat. It was easy to get my mum in to the clinic and it is very accessable. Patient parking as well. Thank you

   My wife & i periodically visit Meadway Clinic the nurses there are absolutely brilliant we see Nurses Eve & Helen who are so nice so good at their jobs. They explain everything in detail & allay any worries.

   This is the 3rd time using this clinic for my ears to be syringed. The staff are all outstanding, from reception through to the nurses. They are so caring, professional and talk you through the whole process. It's a pain free procedure which is also helped by how brilliant the staff are. Vicky and Angela are 1st class and I cant thank them enough! Thank you all!

   Receptionist was excellent and friendly, as was the nurse Victoria. She gave professional care and good advice on aftercare. I was seen 10 minutes before my due appointment and as this was my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised , and can fully recommend this facility. Thank you very much.

   Our son's ears blocked last night after swimming which made him dizzy, nauseous and generally unwell. I rang for an emergency appointment and they got him in same day. Practitioner was very helpful knowledgeable and gave great advice. Definitely recommend
