From my first appointment, she was so gentle and informative. Instantly my anxiety about coming to the dentist was put to bed. I have been with Dr Cherry for a few years now, and the dread of coming to the Dentist is no more. Thank you so much Dr Cherry, you truly are brilliant!
My appointment today was good and actually I was surprised the dentist did more than just check my teeth today, she actually filled my cracked tooth filling without telling me to comeback another day. This was a massive change and truly appreciated. Please keep it up. Thanks
I’ve been coming to this dental surgery for years, and Dr.Cherry has been my dentist throughout. She’s a fantastic professional, always friendly. I’m always pleased with the treatment I receive and always leave feeling well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
I have visited Village Dental Surgery for a check-up, and I am satisfied with their service. I have received a few reminder messages and emails prior to my appointment. The receptionist was polite while booking the appointment and also she phoned me the day before my appointment to check if I was going to attend the appointment. Dr. Shraddha was very polite and informative, and she gave me good advices regarding my oral health. I didn't do anything else there except the check-up, and so far, I am very happy with their services.
Would give 0 Stars, they have cancelled a total of 15 appointments due to being understaffed, they don't tell you until the day of the appointment sometines 2 minutes before, then they never see you on time, waited 45mins more than once, only to be 5 mins late at a future date and told I would not be seen for root canal,which the messed up anyway! The short, rude, pushy and condescending asian lady who is a dentist left half my back tooth in the gum, told me it was bone, I called back a few times to be told she is right about it, got infected, could not get an appointment, had to pay for an emergency dentist to remove the tooth. Never actually sorted any issue on my teeth, just gave me antibiotics a few times and spoke on me getting an appointment (cancelled again) to sort the tooth, it's since gotten 10 x worse, other dentist I have visited are mortified with the work.
recently visited Village Dental Clinic in Acocks Green for a routine check-up and cleaning. The clinic itself was clean and well organised, and the staff were friendly and professional. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Vishnupurikar, who was extremely thorough and attentive during my exam. He took the time to explain any issues or concerns that he found, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Vishnupurikar's chair-side manner. He was patient and kind, and made sure to answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured during my visit. The location of the clinic in Acocks Green was also very convenient for me. It was easy to find, and there was plenty of parking available. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Village Dental Clinic in Acocks Green and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental care. And specially Dr. Vishnupurikar's consultation was very helpful, he is very experienced and professional.

Nasty Manners and Very Unhygienic. My appointment this morning was at 1015am I did not get seen untill 1055am even worse i was made to feel as if it was my fault Dentist, her name I did not get as she was in such a rush to catch time but she's the 4ft 2in tall old woman who did not have the sense to change gloves.. .. she asked if I was having a tooth removed I showed her the tooth before anything else could be said she had her nasty hands in my mouth jabbing me 2 time then ripping out my tooth before the anesthetic could numb the gums after which I was told to take a swig from a cup that had tiny pieces floating within, grabbing the protective glasses she wiggled her way to door waiting for me to exit. Left in a awkward position heres me with Questions regarding treatment. Feeling uncomfortable feeling as if I'm doing something wrong having my front tooth ripped out I ask when I should make a appointment to get a replacement and she barks back 8 weeks. Yes I'm Fuming. I know if I was a paying punter her manners would have come decent because I'm on Universal Credit humiliating as it is these folk make you Feel much worse. Its as if Scotty Beamed me Up dropping me someThird World Nation .. .. No. Kind of Certain you as a Customer would be treated in a decent manner any where but Village Dentist in Acocks Green.
