   I didn’t even want to give a star but it wouldn’t let me post otherwise. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Misogynistic man at counter spoke down to my partner like she knew nothing about the product she was buying, when in fact she was very much aware of it all. This is not the first occasion. The bloke should have a training session on how to speak to people properly.

   Despite being significantly under staffed, the team working today worked hard to service customers, deal with queries, and clear the line at the till. I've shopped here a few times, and have always been impressed by the commitment to customer service shown by the teams. Senior managers though need to do better at resource planning.

   Met the lovely Emma today when we went to purchase front & rear dash cams. Emma was so knowledgeable, professional, polite and cheerful. She is a credit to your store. Booked for fitting this Saturday - so quick. Could do with Emma jotting down an idiot guide on how to get from one app to my bank app and then back again! Emma was an absolute joy.

   The lads on the bike section were spot on today. Perfect customer service from Sam (if I'm correct). Would use again and 100% recommend! Just unfortunate the call centre to contact them is possibly Sri Lanka? When I called to ask about fitting cost all you want to do is speak to the guy that's going to carry out the work.

   Because of the holidays and not using my car for over a week my battery was completely dead.Should I buy a new battery or the smart charger. I picked the charger because it was the cheaper option. After 12 hours the battery was fully charged. Instruction was clear. Very pleased and saved me from buying a new battery. And really all this was possible today because Halfords was open on New Years Day. Happy new year Halfords team you do a great job.

   Had a last minute flat on my daughters bike and was heading away. I called in and the staff were friendly and accommodating, changed the inner tube on the spot. Matt was brilliant, very careful work and also added slime. Very grateful, highly recommend.

   I cannot praise and thank the staff Chesterfield Halfords enough. Needed a headlight bulb replacing. I was a bit late going but the staff were excellent and fitted me in. I asked for some advice on bikes for myself and getting my son's road bike serviced whilst I was waiting. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had no idea that Halfords did all that and at such reasonable cost.
