   I recently had a dental cleaning appointment and was very impressed with the level of care. My dentist, Dr Joji carried out a very thorough cleaning and explained everything clearly throughout the process. They were gentle, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I left feeling my teeth were cared for to a very high standard after a long time . I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown, and would highly recommend this dentist to others. It definitely boosted my confidence to smile again !

   Terrible dentists. I had a checkup and the lady poked my nerve very hard. Couldn’t speak clearly as she had an accent but didn’t speak up behind her mask. Had no clue what she said. Didn’t even tell me my prescription, just gave a note with a scribble. Referred to dental hospital and they told me it shouldn’t have hurt. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Extremely unprofessional and rude. They need a training course and learn how to speak clearly in fluent English so patients can understand.

   Dr Joji is absolutely amazing! It's taken me years to find a dentist I like and trust enough to do the work that's needed to be done, she is an angel and I can honestly say I now look forward to going to the dentist! Had 2 tooth extractions and she was so calming and caring! The assistants on both occasions I have been lovely also as we're the receptionists. Clean and quick treatment 11/10!!!

   I had an appointment at 5 and was told by the receptionist that there'd be a queue of patients and that I had to wait really long rubbish service and the receptionist was intimidating then they band me for speaking up.

   Good staff however appointment waiting time is much longer than supposed to be. Should be around 30 minutes gap between each appointment so people do not have to wait for long

   Rang for an emergency appointment and where given one for 10 days later. Called 111 to seek advice and were told they have a duty of care to provide one within 48 hours. Rang back and we’re given nothing sooner. Took a month for my mother in law to get an appointment, then two separate dentists attempted to pull out her tooth before telling her they couldn’t do it. And gave her another appointment 2 months later. Reception is usually run by teenagers who sadly don’t seem to be trained
