35 minutes after my appointment time where the doctor had seen just 1 patient in that time and then called in someone else. I had to leave without seeing the doctor as i had work. I was told i was next but by then it would most likely be an hour after my appointment time.
Faultless, this practise deserves umpteen stars. Best doctors and staff. Pleasant at all times and helpful.
Very rude receptionist. Blonde curly hair Jeanette. I mentioned to manager and she was dealt with as next time receptionist couldn’t be any nicer. Not long ago the way she drove into the carpark in her little white car was like she was in the wacky races ! DANGEROUS ! And the evil look at me as I was slowly pulling out of the blind spot to see, was unbelievable! Was gona report it but thought … shes gona come unstuck driving like that at some point why waste my time going back into the doctors… the law will get an erratic driver like that at some point sooner or later. Or she will end up really hurting someone and then she might slow down. I will update soon with my recent experience that gave it a 1 star as too upset to regurgitate it all. If anyone responds to this review. Would you be so kind as to tell me whom you are, and not just say email the surgery, as i have read on other peoples unhappy reviews elsewhere. As would not want to speak to this person ever again after what has now happened.
Rather awful service, to be honest. I had just joined and was supposed to receive a message to book my booster jab; didn't get any message, called in and after checking my details once again with reception, I was assured I would get the booster jab invite - never got it. Moreover, had a rather pressing health issue, called in and booked an appointment. Not only did the doctor not respect this appointment (I called this time too to see what was delaying the call and was promised I would eventually get a call on the day) but I also got a rather odd message from the Dr. at around 5 minutes to 7pm, which would be the closing time of the practice, that said something along the lines of: sorry I couldn't get a hold of you, rebook if needed; when nobody actually did try to get a hold of me. Had to call 111 eventually, and move to a different GP.
Recently joined and had only good experiences with no problem getting appointments. A pleasant change from other overly busy GPs around the country
I just wanted to commend both Manor Medical Practice for arranging my Covid-19 vaccination so promptly and in turn Bosden Moor Surgery for an excellent experience at their vaccination hub. In the midst of such an awful pandemic it is so heartwarming and emotional to see our NHS service and staff operate at their absolute best in protecting the nation ! Spot on, sometimes they may run a bit late that just means they are dealing with the patients who are seriously ill, properly. I would rather wait a while than the doctors have to rush through patients and miss something serious.
My husband has seen Dr. Tragen, who is new to the practice, twice in recent weeks. We really can't praise her enough. She is very thorough, she listens to and understands what you have to say and in our opinion she will be a complete asset to the practice.
