   My regular dentist in Tamworth gave me antibiotics as my face was swollen and there was suspected infection. Throughout the week, the pain and swelling got worse, I was in absolute agony. Last night, Saturday, I visited Scott Arms, and they performed an infection/abcess drainage and gave me stronger antibiotics. Everything was priced really fairly, I was surprised. Obviously, the procedure was quite intense, and very painful, however this morning I have woken up with no pain and my face swelling has decreased dramatically. No excessive bleeding and I feel brilliant. Fantastic dentist, I don’t know his name, and the dental surgeon was excellent too. Receptionists very friendly. I will definitely visit this practice again. Thank you so much, I’ve had a week of hell and today I feel so much better. Hope you all have a wonderful Xmas.

   I had a really positive experience at Scott Arms Dental Practice recently. In particular, I’d like to call out Danyal for being so brilliant and fixing my tooth as well as repairing other fillings and cavities that had otherwise been missed by my usual dentist. Danyal was so friendly and supportive during all three of my visits. I’ll definitely be returning and requesting to see him again.

   I had an emergency my tooth broke I did not know what to do… I got seen to say evening at around 9pm receptionist was great didn’t catch her name but she was tall had glasses very polite, registering was a doddle to, within the hour my x-ray assessment done an explained an tooth had to be removed but done very professionally, I am healing great Dr Hamza did a text book job. Protected my nerve and bone, no excessive blood and tidy sutures. Price also reasonable considering the work done a short notice. Highly recommend this dental practice. Saved me a lot of time and stress

   I rang up about 3 weeks ago to enquire for a wisdom tooth extraction. I spoke to a lovely receptionist who was very helpful and asked if I could attend the same evening. I was seen by Dr Imran and dental nurse Adela. What can I say other than exceptional care, Dr Imran explained everything in detail, took an x-ray and explained the process. Before I attended I was fearful of the extraction being a wisdom tooth. However Dr Imran took care and spoke to me throughout as to what was happening. I must say, before I realised the tooth was out in no time and with very little discomfort. Before leaving, Dr Imran went through everything I needed to do to ensure that the gum heals properly. Absolutely great care and aftercare guidance and attention throughout! Thank you very much to Dr Imran and Adela and the lovely and helpful receptionist who booked the appointment for me.

   One star for dentist (Dr Adam higgins) 5 stars for everything else. On my initial visit, I was seen by Dr. Shailee Chandra, who provided exceptional care. She was professional, friendly, and explained every step of the procedure in a clear and reassuring manner. Although my tooth could not be removed that day due to infection, she made sure I understood why and made me feel comfortable throughout. I was very impressed with her approach. However, on my follow-up appointment with Dr. Adam Higgins for the extraction, my experience was unfortunately very different. Dr. Higgins did not introduce himself or explain the procedure adequately. The appointment felt rushed from the beginning. After administering the anaesthetic, I felt dizzy with a racing heart and asked if this was normal; his response was dismissive and offered little reassurance. During the extraction, I experienced significant discomfort. Although more anaesthetic was given, the procedure felt very rough, and at one point I nearly swallowed fragments of my broken tooth. After the extraction, I received no real aftercare guidance or concern for my wellbeing. Overall, it felt as though the priority was to complete the extraction as quickly as possible and move on to the next patient. i want to emphasize the reception staff and dental assistants have consistently been polite, professional, and very attentive, and I appreciate their support.

   We recently moved to a new area and hadn’t got around to registering with a dentist. Typically I had an issue which needed attention and saw these guys online. They offered me an appointment immediately on a Saturday evening. When I arrived I wasn’t kept waiting and the dentist sorted out my problem quickly and professionally having first discussed what was to be done and how much it would cost. . The surgery was modern, bright and clean, the waiting areas were lovely and welcoming and the whole experience from start to finish was very good. Highly recommended.

   THE BEST EXPERIENCE. I will never go to another dentist. The sweet ladies at the reception kindly booked me in for an emergency appointment on a Saturday. My extraction went smoothly and I am in no pain at all 24hrs later. It’s not cheap but also not too expensive. They also followed up with aftercare instructions , which I found very thoughtful. Very much worth the money and I recommend their service to anyone in Birmingham. Thank you!

   I recently visited the Scott Arms dental practice, when accompanying my Mum, who had broken her tooth. My Mum is almost 80, a little deaf and was quite anxious about going as hadn't visited the dentist in years. Well, what can I say? The whole experience was amazing, considering we were at the dentist! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The first dentist we saw, ? Dillon, was very professional, helpful and friendly and put Mum at ease. Unfortunately we had to go back within a few days, but Mum was under the fantastic care of Ashwin and Mark. Throughout Mum's treatment they let me be with Mum. They spoke directly to Mum first and then asked me if Mum hadn't heard what was said. They were both professional, friendly and helpful. It made a real difference to Mum and to me. Thank you. If we ever need your excellent care again, we will be back. For going to the dentist, it was quite a nice experience. Thank you.

   Its the 1st time visiting this practice. Theres a bright friendly and extremely comfortable waiting area which was immaculate. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much, they were so polite and friendly. I am disabled and use a large wheelchair they had fabulous wheelchair access to enter the property and even the dentist rooms were large enough for me to get around. The dentist i saw was fabulous he was patient and took the time to listen. Its a 1st class dentist we will be going back, we felt at home not like visiting the dentist.
