Graham, the owner, was incredibly professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided honest advice without any pressure to buy. It’s rare to come across a dealer who values good communication and customer service this much. Even though I didn’t make a purchase, I’d happily recommend Automotive Cars to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable place to buy their next vehicle.

   Graham was a pleasure to deal with, transparent, honest and well just a nice bloke! He sent me some pictures before the car had gone live fully, a detailed description and what was on offer, laying any concerns to rest immediately. The whole process was seamless with regular updates on preparation activities. Graham has followed up post purchase to make sure the car is being enjoyed and to reach out to him if there are any issues - gladly there are none but the customer service is exemplary. Kudos to Graham and the team.

   I bought a BMW 140M Shadow Edition, trading in my Old Ford Focus. I was travelling a distance so Graham sent images, videos and walkthroughs of the vehicle for me before I travelled to view. A very honest and easy to get along with man, he made the car buying experience very simple. It was so refreshing to be dealing with a private car dealership where the dealer isn’t pushy, obnoxious or dishonest. I’ve had the car for 3 months now and as expected, no issues at all. I’d highly highly recommend this garage.

   I found Automotive Cars Ltd on Autotrader as I was looking for a Moto Guzzi V7 and thanks to their professional and detailed photos the bike stood out from the crowd of badly photographed bikes by a mile. I contacted them for some details and before I knew it, I had a video of the bike on my WhatsApp with a quote for delivery etc. Was a pleasure to deal with and the bike was literally delivered exactly on time. No hassle, no asking for the obvious to be done, no guess work.. straight forward and super friendly. I'll be saving them on my ebay sellers list for sure!

   I recently purchased a Triumph Daytona 675 from Graham. I spent a lot of time inspecting the bike and Graham answered all the questions I asked. The bike was well prepared and supplied with a full document pack. I collected the bike and was picked up from the train station. I had looked at lots of other bikes before and not been impressed by the attitude of other dealers or the condition of the bikes they were selling. Graham is both professional in his approach and knowledgeable. Very pleased with my bike and my experience of dealing with Graham.

   Recently purchased a BMW M235i from Automotive cars, from start to finish cannot fault them. Graham was fully knowledgeable on the car giving me a rundown on my initial phone call, and followed up with a walk round video, answering all my questions on WhatsApp. Viewing the car was pressure free, and coming for the pick up was an ease too. The car I bought was previously sold by them 4 years ago, so it says it all when customers are returning.
