   A problem-free Autowatch Ghost2 installation from Shane and his very capable son Jamie on my MY25 Kia EV6 GTL S. Neat and tidy, everything left as it was found, great care taken, no rush and more than willing to spend time on explaining the installation and my options. Most importantly, I was left with lots of advice, a clear understanding of how Ghost2 works and the exact steps to start the car repeated until any uncertainty had disappeared!!    Do not use. We paid in advance for a special order part. Shane kept either ignoring calls or making excuses as to why he could not fit. After two months we lost patience and requested a refund, which he agreed to. Now, five months down the line we are going through court to reclaim the money. The man is a crook.

   Turned up and fitted my tracker, all very nice and efficient. But from day one I kept getting alerts every time I drove. Contacted the supplier and Shane came out again. Said it was sorted. No, I was still getting alerts. Got in touch with Shane and was told he didn't know what it could be. Called the tracking company again.Two weeks later Shane was booked to come out again, I confirmed this the day before, unfortunately he didn't bother to turn up. Not even a phone call or text to say he couldn't make it. Eventually, after about seven or eight weeks of alerts the supplier sent a different engineer, who has fixed the problem first time. He informed me he was having to go round the area sorting out a few faults.
