I am new patient to the practice, registration was easily thanks to the lovely blonde lady in the reception. Later i was seen by Dr Mohammed Jabor, he treated two teeth for me that were painful. The reception is helpful but the rest all waste of time. Booked emergency appointment went there and find out its been cancelled Booked again for filling went there just checked no filling nothing they don't do anything absolutely waste of time don't go there
love the service provided. reception was very welcoming and the nurse was very lovely and comforting. The dentist i had was very patient and was understanding. He was very nice and friendly. They did my filling very quickly and relieved my tooth pain. i would highly recommend to friends and family.
i’ve been coming to the practice for several years and was incredibly impressed by the way patients problems are a priority, called into the practice today regarding my crown and was on hold for 20 mins but extremely lovely receptionist who had recently just started answered and got straight to helping me and was extremely polite and helpful. The line got cut off and i was gutted that i’d have to call back and wait for longer but in no more than 10 minutes I received a call back from the receptionist and she carried on advising me on what to do and how to proceed with it. Got me booked in for as soon as possible this Friday and helped as much as she could. Honestly very happy with her service! One of the other older girls was helping as well and i was touched by how well the two girls worked together and got my issue sorted out! Lovely to speak to them today
Convinced they don't answer the phone on purpose, I've driven 30 mins to the surgery whilst still on hold on my call and I've got there and the calls been on hold and not a single patient was sat there waiting. An urgent referral was allegedly done for me 3 weeks ago but still hasn't been received at the dental hospital, been trying to get back in touch to chase this up but no help. Was told last week I'd get a call within approx 30 mins and I'm still waiting. Poor service!
whenever you’re at the dentist it’s always empty. The receptionist be doing their own thing - I’m so confused how they take over 50 mins to answer the phone! When you finally get through they say they were busy…… busy doing what?? Sitting on the chair talking to your co-worker about how you’re going to go to the German markets??
