   If you need referrals or support filling documents they won't assist no matter what. Let alone the attitude some of doctors especially Z. Murad and the practice manager is too arrogant to address any complaint.

   Terrible place, takes between 7-10 days to see a doctor. They changed my asthma prescription to a product that doesn’t work & won’t change it back unless I make an appointment to see the doctor.

   The phones need sorting cant get through atall and im trying to get ny repeat its been 3 days and theres no ringing just automated recoding telling me to go to a diffrent practice??

   Not sure for all surgeries at the place but Dr Barua's surgery no longer has the walk-in facility....There was a time where you could walk-in in the mornings and the afternoons were appointment based....all that has gone which is a backward step! Last time visited,didn't even know it had all gone to appointment based, and yes the doctor managed to squeeze me in after awaiting several hours, which appreciative of and the Doctor can't do enough for the patients if you get to see him, but many times you don't Ring up Thursday for an appointment..can't get to see the doctor till Tuesday at 5pm!!
