   Constantly signpost to unhelpful and unneeded services, rude and dismissive staff. 24 Hour referrals take over a week to process. Will be filing a complaint.

   The care I have received here has been and is exemplary. The staff work really hard to keep me in the community and out of hospital. They have also been of great help in areas outside of my mental health condition including with my cptsd and with looking for work.

   horribly unsympathetic. the receptionist forgot i was there and left me for half an hour until i checked with her when my appointment was. she literally said "sorry, forgot you were there." my psychiatrist had a go at me for being upset and crying. awful. edit: 2nd time around, a man broke through the front door while I was being assessed and tried to knife the staff. Dr Ingram (who had a bottle of wine in his office) dismissed all of my thoughts and concerns and has referred me back to a service I have already been discharged from. if you are referred here, INSIST you are sent somewhere else where you will actually be taken seriously.

   If you're unlucky enough to be refered here by your gp then please do yourself a favour and request that you can go somewhere else. When I received my appointment letter, included in the envelope were a list of names of patients along with notes from their sessions and what medication they taking. I was told this would be investigated and I would be kept up to date. That was 19 months ago and I'm still waiting to hear anything about it. I've requested a follow up but been fobbed off. I'm also yet to receive any therapy. I've had 3 reviews, the most recent of which was a 15 minute phone call where none of the issues which lead to my referral were discussed, but I was asked if I "believe in covid"? I didn't understand the question or why it was being asked. I have since received a letter with an appointment with a nurse (not a psychologist as I was lead to believe) for January 2022, 25 months after my initial referral. Everything which lead to my referral has been massively exasperated by dealing with these awful, uncaring, negligent, unprofessional people.

   I got a call from the duty worker today. RUDE he would NOT listen to me, COULD NOT GET MY NAME RIGHT. And because I told him he WAS NOT LISTENING HE PUT THE PHONE DOWN. GREAT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE so when people say talk, get help THAT IS YOUR HELP GUYS. DISGUSTING.

   They neglect people with mental health .they had one brilliant mental health worker here but she's left now.neglect when they get paid to have a duty of care. Don't even rate it 1 star that's how bad they are
