If I could rate this place ZERO I would! Staff that can’t get prescriptions right and then refuse to speak to you! Appointments made but never confirmed and no letters sent! Take my advice and record EVERY phone call - I make sure to do this every time - as staff will make false accusations to senior members of staff about how you speak to them to get out of their mistakes! It’s no wonder every time you visit the last person you saw has left or is on long term sick leave! I don’t need a generic response asking me to contact PALS - I have sent my views to CQC instead - this place is completely Inadequate!

Useless service in need of significant change. Got told my daughter would be referred for a particular test, never happened. She turned sixteen and not long after got dropped like a brick. No warning, just a random call out of the blue from togmind. Six months later the discharge letter from camhs arrived! Later calls regarding the test and they shrug their shoulders, "don't know" - more like don't care..

Claim they help but tell children to use clean devices when they feel like harming themselves and also advice a warm bath and cup of tea after a child shares information about wanting to commit suicide.should not be a service people go to for help

Failed my 9 year old for 7 years in August all we want is help with his adhd/autism but nope if nothing changes then he's going into care because assaulting his mum and sister constantly isn't fair so the system can deal with another child they Failed

Absolutely amazing, helped me through crisis and helped put in place things I needed at school, gave me tools i could use that helped me immensely and that i could use in everything and anything, really nice, welcoming, helping and trusting, just really glad I went here when I needed it because it's one of the best decisions I've ever made, thank you for everything.
