Had an Invisalign consultation today, all of the staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout. I now have a better understanding of what the course entails and the results that I will achieve from having Invisalign. Would highly recommend this practice
I’ve got a dental phobia, but Miss Cheung completely puts me at ease, and makes my twice yearly visits much more bearable. I’ve been registered here for 40 years, and would never go anywhere else. It’s beautifully clean, and all the staff are helpful and pleasant.
Absolutely amazing service!! Switched from old dentist and I'm so glad I did as Mr Singh and his assistant Joannne saved my daughters tooth when the other dentist said her teeth were fine 6 months ago! Thank you so much
had 4 teeth extracted for braces. Mr singh was great he was reassuring and got the teeth out without complication. Overall great service and got the process done quick.

She was open and transparent about my treatment needs, explaining everything clearly and making the whole experience feel more like a conversation than a consultation. Her approachable manner and confidence in what she does really instilled a sense of trust. Following that, I had the most thorough and comprehensive hygiene appointment I’ve ever experienced, with Olivia the hygienist. She was incredibly detailed in both her examination and treatment, taking the time to explain every step and the reasoning behind her methods. She also gave me clear, practical advice on how to maintain good hygiene between visits—something no other hygienist has done to this level before. The reception team also deserves praise. Warm, compassionate, and always smiling, they made me feel welcomed and understood, especially given the personal circumstances that led me to seek a new dental practice. All in all, a very positive experience that has left me feeling confident and reassured about my ongoing dental care. Highly recommend!
Called up to book an appointment. Lady put me on hold. Afteer 3 minutes came bk asked for my details. Found them. Then said shes reading a note. Then said she will call me bk. an hour later called, rang bk then went to awnser machine. Called another 2 times no response. Still awaiting call back been 5 DAYS NOW! Very unprofessional , horrible service. If your not spending lots of money on private treatments you are treated poorly as if your not important.

Pauline has done a fantastic job on my teeth using the invisalign treatment and has guided me through the process every step of the way. After years of been messed around with less competent dentists Pauline sorted me out no problem and well worth the multiple 240 mile round trips. Thanks Pauline.
Wow!!! What an absolutely fantastic dental surgery!! I'm in the middle of Invisalign treatment with this surgery and I have to say my treatment is amazing. Right from the first moment I started on this journey everyone at the Practice have been incredible with me!! If I have any concerns or questions they can't do enough to help me they are brilliant. Dr Hold and the young ladies on reception are wonderful. I've been a patient at this dental surgery for many years and I have always been very happy with all my treatment. Thank you all so much!!!!
Been with this dental practice since I was a child now 46, Mr Dodwell as been my dentist since I joined I can't fault him his a brilliant dentist and lovely to chat to, tbh I'm gutted his retiring, I wish he could stay on even If it was part time.
