    Always been incredibly quick and helpful in those virus/infection first 5 yrs of my daughters life. And, with my hernia and now my blood presssure issued, they're fairly quick to respond, supportive info given, and all the staff I have encountered have been clear, professional and helpful. I'm happy to use the online booking for new appointment requests as it seems to work well, but it's also handy to be able to call the very helpful reception when I'm asked to make a follow up appointment for an current issue they're already supporting with.

    At 10.amn Monday 29 October 2025 I contacted the Practice via the online triage system. I was given an appointment for 5 pm the same day with Physician Associate, Aylin. I had a problem with constipation. After listening to me she was very concerned and gave me a thorough check over of my abdomen. After that she went to see Dr Shah. As a result Dr Shah then made a thorough check of my abdomen. He suggested it may be advisable to have a scan. After listening to the problems I was having and also my wife’s ill health he agreed to prescribe two different laxatives but told me to go to A & E if I started having abdominal pains etc. Aylin then went over the matter again and reiterated Dr Shah’s comments. She also said she would telephone me the next day to check on any progress after taking the laxatives. This she did and was pleased the medication was working. Again she told me not to hesitate in contacting the Practice if I had any concerns. The service provided was exceptional. Thank you so much.

    I’m very grateful for the menopause service offered here. Great to book ahead around work, there’s plenty of time to ask questions, plus I get a regular check up for asthma, bloods etc at the same time. I’m local enough to call in to make appointments. The reception team are always friendly and accommodating.

    After a short telephone queue I spoke to a courteous receptionist who arranged an afternoon appointment. My appointment was great as I met a lovely, very efficient and professional GP. I received a thorough examination and a well explained prognosis. My prescription was forwarded electronically to my local pharmacy and further tests arranged. Overall a 5 star service from Cheadle Medical Practice. Thank You.

    Can't fault Cheadle Medical Practice, caring, friendly doctors who have always been accurate and thorough with me and my family and always do their best to fit you in despite the high demand for appointments. Yes it can be hard to get through on the phones at times but you're always treated well when you get through. Appreciate all your hard work and the lovely reception staff who are friendly and professional

    Very satisfied. It took around 20 minutes for my call to be answered, but was pleased to be offered an appointment on the same day. The Doctor was very personable and addressed all my concerns. My one complaint was that I had to wait almost 50 minutes to see the Doctor, she did explain that the system had crashed and she was struggling to access any medical data, which clearly was out of her hands.

    Great service today as always. Rang this morning at 8am, got an appointment for 10am. Saw the excellent Dr Shah, he took time to listen and examine, made his diagnosis and prescribed medication. Have been a patient here for over 30 years and always had great professional service and care.
