    Wow I can honestly not praise Annaliese enough at Estrada she really is simply amazing! She not only puts you at ease immediately! But she's also very down to earth and you can completely bare your soul to her and discuss all the embarrassing sceneries that one has with incontinence! For me Annaliese and the Emsella chair has helped me tremendously it certainly gave me back confidence in going out and about and not worrying constantly about leaks. Honestly 5 stars are not enough for Estrada ! Don't put it off like I did just reach out send Annaliese a message you'll see you won't regret it ! God bless you Annaliese your one in a million ! X

    Like the previous reviewer, I was told there was no alternative to surgery for my quite severe prolapse, which was causing me great discomfort, embarrassment and a degree of pain. I did my own research; found good reports of the Emsella chair; and subsequently found the Estrada Clinic and Anneliese. It was a long way from my home in North Wales, but I was desperate!. Annaliese put me at ease immediately. She made me no false promises (as I said, my case was quite severe), but said that we would try it. I had treatments over a course of several months, and wow, what a difference! My insides now stay inside (always a plus!); and I manage with just a pessary ring, which I couldn’t use before, because it would just drop out (as did everything else) whenever I stood up. The difference the treatments have made to my life is amazing (I now have a sex life, which wasn’t even physically possible before), and the treatments were not at all painful. The sessions were actually enjoyable, because Anneliese is such lovely company, and so friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. Going to the Estrada Clinic was the best thing I’ve ever done for my health.

    I went to the Estrada Clinic after I was told by a consultant that surgery for my pelvic organ prolapse and resulting stress incontinence and pain was the only option. Refusing to believe this was the case, I went on a deep dive into the world of Women's Health and alternative pelvic floor care and treatments. I came across Estrada and Anneliese in my search. Anneliese listened to my concerns and invited me to the clinic for a free trial; with nothing to lose, I attended the clinic with an open mind. Although the sensation was unusual, the treatment was not painful. I felt comfortable sitting and chatting with Anneliese and my Husband. In fact, one of my favourite parts of visiting the clinic was chatting with Anneliese, who treated me like we were good friends and made me feel comfortable throughout. We had some very interesting and random conversations but I always came away smiling and feeling optimistic. The following morning, I noticed an absence of the 'dragging' feeling below, which I'd not even realised was there until it was gone. As a result, I went on to have a full course of treatment for both the bladder and the rejuvenation programme. I also invested in a pelvic floor trainer, which has an app that measures the strength of your pelvic floor, amongst other things. My strength increased from 11g to 741g by the end of the treatments! Although the prolapse is still present, leaks have significantly reduced, and intimate sensations have improved massively for me too. I can't thank Anneliese enough for all her help and support during my pelvic floor healing journey. Since completing treatments, the Physio and consultant have been very impressed with my progress and have discharged me from their services for the time being as they feel I am doing well enough on my own and surgery is not required for now.

    So very happy that I discovered the Estrada Clinic Alderley Edge. However this clinic would not be the same if it wasn't for the wonderful Annaleese. I have visited this clinic on many occasions and saw great improvement. I was looked after by the lovely Annaleese. I always find Annaleese waiting with a big smile.
