   I ordered a top online. I chose to use PayPal but it didnt appear to work so I paid by Visa debit instead. I then checked my bank balance and realised I had ordered the same top twice! I phoned Florence and they said they would phone me back..they didn't! I then e mailed them to ask if they could cancel one of my orders ..no response. Hence 2 of the same top were delivered. The tops came together in one parcel yet they charged me two lots of delivery at £3.99 each total £7.98!!!! But both tops were in the one parcel!!!! I will never use this supplier again very unproffessional and unhelpful they were quick enough to take my money!!!

   Don’t buy from here. In our case did not ship and refused to refund. Told us to go to credit card company. (We did, they refunded). Please avoid. Shame as shop in Chester seemed good)

   A really nice ladies clothes and accessories shop that has a similar style to Rockbottom across the road. This shop has a slightly more upmarket feel with the lovely decor and Italian esque styling. Two big and useful changing rooms. VERY polite and helpful staff members. It's nice to see a tasteful ladies clothes shop that's affordable.
