    Very nasty customer service service. Very rude as well.thay Instead of start stop battery they gave me normal battery. They said isn't our fault. First they said to me.you didn't bought from us.we couldn't find details. When I gave them receipt still they was nasty.. Totally untrained Customer service..

    On May 2024 purchased a drive shaft from SDL sheffiled and its under warranty. After 4 months it got faulty. When i called them for replacement they said they will send the new one to the garage and the garage replaced accordingly on 15th october. After that garage ask us to pay the shaft amount and fitting charges as the SDL not giving replacement as the original purchase was made by me not the garage. Then i called SDL and they said the process is like that so you pay the full amount to garage we will reimburse you once you take back the faulty unit to us. Same day i took the faulty unit and fill the replacement form and submitted then they said you would get the reimbursement after a week. Then I called SDL several times they replied that will call back and no one will call back and they just dragging. Now after 45 days also no one is responding from SDL So no one expects any replacement warranty from this firm as they make the customer fool... This was my own experience.
