   I recently visited this dental practice for my 5-year-old’s appointment and was extremely disappointed with the service. The dentist was not only rude but also seemed very rushed throughout the consultation. I had concerns about my son’s milk teeth falling out, as his new teeth are visibly growing in and wobbly. When I asked for advice, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful—simply suggesting that I give him an apple to help the teeth fall out or opt for an injection to remove them. When I expressed further concern, he brushed it off and said, “It’s fine, when he’s 13, we can put him in braces if they grow in wobbly.” The entire experience felt rushed and lacking in care or professionalism. I was hastily told to book another appointment in six months, which I did, but I am seriously reconsidering my decision. Absolutely unprofessional, rushed service—I would not recommend this practice.

   Shamefully I haven't been to the dentist in years... mainly because I went often as a child and was always afraid to go back. However when I had tooth problems 3 weeks ago, I was on the hunt for a new dentist and came across this one. I'm so glad I registered! Had my first appointment today and already have the next booked to get treatment done. The dentist I spoke to was very polite and understanding, and he carefully explained my issues as well as what needed to be done. I went to a private clinic once and left so embarrassed because they shamed me for not flossing... not here! I'm so pleased with my visit and have recommended family members to also join this practice. Thank you!

   I had an appointment today with one of the dentist and he was rude to me, he was talking to me discourteous. I asked him about one of my tooth and he act like he was examining my teeth for free. But the reception was talking to me kindly.

   Their best dentist have left, Dr Basili. We have been seen by two other male dentists, one of whom a locum. These dentists are always trying to do as little work as they can with mouthful of excuses that this is NHS rules. And they will keep asking patients to go to hygeine clinic to pay £50 for full dental scaling. Well if that's true why your other dentist always does full scaling, air flow cleaning, an excellent job without patient asking? - Simply because she is better dentist who values best interest of patient than you are.

   I've visited the surgery for emergency and general review of me and my family too. Reception staff are very welcoming and accommodative creating a calm ambience. The dentist was quite expertise and very gentle throughout procedure & treatment, extremely professional yet approachable and empathetic. Explained the dental problem in simple and easily understandable manner along with giving away suitable management options in my best interests. This has definitely made a huge difference making me feel at ease and in control with decision making. Overall, the whole team has made visit to dentist's a less apprehensive and more re-assuring experience. Cannot recommend enough for a fantastic team and personal thank you for the excellent work done .
