    Dr Richards is the best dentist! I always have an excellent experience with Dr. Richard at Cottam Dental Practice. He’s very experienced, extremely patient, and gentle. When he gives the injection to numb the area, it feels like magic—I can hardly feel anything at all. With other dentists, I almost panic because it hurts, but with Dr. Richard I feel calm and comfortable. He is never rushing, always explains the procedure clearly, and never suggests unnecessary work that could damage your natural teeth. It’s really rare to find a dentist like him these days! The clinic is clean, the staff are friendly, and I would highly recommend Dr. Richards

    A very professional practice from the reception staff to the dentist and assistant. Very welcoming and friendly. Since joining the practice, I have always had an excellent service. I had an emergency appointment this morning and I was seen within 30 minutes and treatment provided which helped with my concerns and follow up appointment given. Once again thank you for a fantastic service. Edit, Another excellent service, the dentist and dental nurse were absolutely fantastic and so reassuring as I'm quite an anxious person but they both made me feel so at ease.     The worst ever Gillian cottam she is so rude and a complete bully I took my daughter there today for a check up on her braces and Gillian without even telling us what was happening she just took all her braces out she didn’t even explain what she was doing and me and my daughter said what’s going on and she was just like oh you are having the braces out now there was no communication from her and then when she was drilling off the glue on my daughter teeth it was hurting her and my daughter kept putting her hand up and Gillian said stop now putting your hand up she was so rude she was like I’m leaving half the glue on now because you won’t sit still and you keep putting your hand up my daughter was like yeh cause it’s hurting what do you expect me to do,there is no compassion from Gillian at all so rude and not caring,and her young assistant lad didn’t know where to put himself I felt sorry for him she was shouting at him it was just a horrible experience I won’t be taking my daughter back there ever again

    A lovely dentist! The dentist went out of her way to accommodate my anxiety, and explained the treatment clearly. Both the dentist and dental nurse were friendly, and put me at ease. Appointments are always available, and you are seen pretty promptly. An excellent dentist which I highly recommend.
