I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years as an NHS patient and about 6 times a year for my condition. The staff are absolutely fantastic and I cannot fault the quality of the dental treatment (though I'm no dentist myself) but they have basically saved my teeth. Thank you to everybody at Ookville and a very very merry Christmas

Reception staff are always very professional, helpful and friendly. My experience with the dentists I’ve had over the years has always been extremely positive. I’m generally quite anxious about going to the dentist but I feel that over the years that’s reduced due to the dentists at this practice. Also, I can’t praise the hygienist Suzy enough. She is professional, cheerful and always goes the extra mile to go over any concerns you may have. Overall 5* practice.
I called in an emergency and was seen straight away, on arrival the reception staff were extremely welcoming, and totally comforting. My emotions were high and not to forget I’m petrified of the dentist. I was instantly made to feel at ease. The dentist came to collect me from the waiting room, she discussed with me all treatment that was to be carried out and the process of what was needed to be done and the reasons as to why. Her communication made me feel a lot more relaxed instantly. I’ve had weekly appointments for my treatment since, and each time has been fantastic service. Ive now also registered my young son with Oakville dental! And I’d also recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist! All the staff through out are very polite and understanding! Five stars from me! And I truly believe my fear of the dentist is not half as bad as what it was! :)
This is an excellent dental practice. I have been a patient at this practice for 11 years and I have always been very happy with the quality of the services provided. I would not go anywhere else and I recommend them without hesitation. All members of staff are very courteous and helpful. I always feel valued as a patient and I have been happy to have all my family members treated here. Dental health is of paramount importance to me and this practice is without doubt dedicated to providing excellent dental care.
My dentist, Ralitsa was amazing! I came for a root canal treatment today as a very nervous patient and she was calm, informative and professional. Every step including aftercare was explained to me. Dental nurse (can't remember her name), was also very calming and efficient. Many thanks, Siobhan
This dentist is amazing. I have been with them for years. They really go out of the way to fit you in when you’re in pain. I had my tooth removed yesterday and the dentist was so kind and considerate through the whole procedure. Well done team
Have been attending for many years and, as always, treated in a friendly and extremely professional manner by all staff. I always feel at ease and am informed at every stage of any issues arising from my check ups or treatment. I highly recommend this practice.
When I got there the receptionist was really nice & friendly. When I saw Fiona the dentist she was really nice so was the dental nurse. I didn't know what to expect but she explained everything & felt a bit better. I am very nervous but Fiona put me at ease as much as she could. I left the surgery feeling happy with the treatment I had.
I have always found this practice to be very efficient and the reception staff have always been pleasant and polite. The dentists have always made me feel comfortable during any procedures. I would recommend this practice very highly.
