I can not thank or praise these guys enough! The work was done well, I was met with friendliness, respect and great attitudes. They made a very stressful situation for me a whole lot lighter. I had a problem with my car that another garage had caused, but I didn't discover the problem until being too far to return to them to fix it. After being turned away by 2 other garages (who didn't even listen to the problem), these guys were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. They knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it and it was all done so quickly. We were able to get back on the road again and make it to me daughters big competition.
I visited the garage recently due to an unexpected ABS light that appeared on my dashboard during my journey. It was my first time in this garage and I was genuinely impressed by the team’s caring attitude and their commitment to resolving my issue, even without a prior booking. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their assistance. I wanted to leave this comment for others who may find themselves in need of urgent car repairs or checks.
We called into Bank Top Garage with no notice. We were on our way from Northumberland to the Midlands, and became aware that our rear (and only) brake light was permanently on. We thought it was dangerous to continue our journey as the weather was not good. Bank Top were really friendly, and could not do enough to help. They inspected the situation, ordered a part, gave us a courtesy car, and the brake light was mended within a couple of hours. We are so impressed with the great service and helpful approach. Definitely recommend!! Heat shield under my car became loose, fixed within minutes and did not want payment. Staff were really friendly and professional ( especially the lady on the front desk)
This garage handled my MOT last year, which was done quickly and pleasantly, albeit costly. Despite the high MOT price, I had given a 5 star review for the convenience and the helpful, friendly staff. This year, I wasn't so lucky. Initially, the staff were friendly, but the high prices for front pads and springs were astonishing, being almost double what I was later quoted from other garages based in Leeds. I was told that these parts were expensive, but it seems that the biggest cost came from labour. This dishonesty was not appreciated, at a time where every penny counts. I called back to have a retest once repairs were complete from another garage and I was met with a short response that they were too busy, dropping me outside the free restest period. I needed to pay for another high priced MOT. Needless to say, I took my MOT elsewhere and got a much cheaper price. I am disappointed by this, because I genuinely thought I found a garage for life. TLDR; good service, high prices. If money is no concern for you, I would recommend this garage.
Very pleased with the service here. Brought my car in early because it needed it's MOT and they were able to complete MOT and make several changes before appointment on Saturday. The team was very professional and kept me up to date of any changes. It was pricey as there was a lot to do to fix the car, but they were happy to go through each individual charge first. I will certainly be going back (but might check my screenwash is full first...). Thank you so much for the quick turnaround and professional service.
