my car was broken down quite far away from home, so i began to call recovery services, pretty much most of them were rude, not interested or was quoting me stupid amounts of money! eventually i managed to contact Alex who was extremely friendly and polite but most importantly willing to help! he arrived swiftly and treated me and my car with absolute respect, and safely delivered my car back to ground base. alex was brilliant and everything you could want from a recovery man. Top Job thank you so much alex! very professional service and calmed me in a high stress situation. you are fab!
Do not buy!!! Bought a truck for 16k nothing but trouble. Spent 1500 still off the road absolutely no help from the Garage taking to court do not use!
BUYER BEWARE! ... BLOCKED AS SOON AS WAS ISSUE RAISED ABOUT UNDER BONNET FAULTS, AIR FILTER/HOUSING UNIT DAMAGE NOT DISCLOSED AT POINT OF SALE. I bought a fairly new (2017) vehicle from Alex. The vehicle wasn't serviced for 2 years and made a deduction for service. Since, I had this put through a service as I said I would after the purchase. He knocked £150 for not having a service at point of sale, (Which did eventually come to £212) The service came through showing poor sign of repairs under the bonnet. The stability control light, hill assist light are all on and affected when my vehicle goes on long journeys due to this. Alex sold me on his warranty scheme for a year and knew the faults already existed wouldn't be covered by the warranty scheme. He claims he didn't but as a garage you would most certainly find these noticeable on inspection before sale. To summarise, I got sold a faulty car and Alex did not want to part with any contribution at all to put things right and sold as seen. I have been estimated £286, this is for air filter repair, housing unit and cable wire. This vehicle was misold and information not disclosed at the point of sale. Alex blocked me and my girlfriend and our numbers to avoid us. We were only able to get through on no caller ID! Even then Alex wasn't willing to resolve or talk and he put the phone down on us. We are currently contacting a motor trade complaints service to try and get this resolved and further push for legal action. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!
Took my car here after I had it painted else where but was unhappy with the finish. Took the 2 man all day paint correction option and couldn't be happier with the results. The car looks showroom fresh and the paint looks like glass. Can not recommended enough.
Great service. My car has never looked better, in fact it looks better now than it did when I bought it. I am one mega happy customer and will most certainly back.
So I was using the £5 car washes for ages, booked in with Alex for a 1 day polish and the car was unrecognizable!! I didnt understand the damage I was doing to the paint work until I went to A&R, my paint work was all swirled! Was a mess!! Luckily Alex managed to restore it back to new! Since then I've not gone anywhere else!! I've also had the interior detail done and if I'm completely honest I don't even think the showroom cars were as clean as mine was! 100% RECOMMENDED!! I would NOT take my car anywhere else but here now. Great service, the guy even came to my place of work!! All for a very reasonable price too! Definitely ch eck him out!!
