I was looking for a pair of trainers for my daughter and there was this young lady serving me she was very patient and kind, such a lovely girl. she made my whole shopping experience. Really impressed with her customer service will definitely be returning.
I came in on Thursday and needed help with a certain type of shoe and a lovely young female came and helped me find what I needed, honestly she was so lovely and knew what she was doing. Will definitely come back again because if her!! xx
very rude staff there was this girl staff with strange looking eyebrows she was more rude compare to other staff members worst shopping experience of my life

I had a terrible experience at Footasylum. The staff were unhelpful and quite rude from the moment I walked in. I purchased an item that turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to return it just 5 minutes later, they refused to help and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Completely unacceptable customer service. I won’t be shopping here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. On top of that, one girl employee with very strange-looking eyebrows was especially rude compared to the others, which made the whole experience even worse.
