Went to an appointment with my 4 year old daughter and the audiologist we saw was incredible. Very patient, caring, friendly and explained everything I, as a parent, need to know. She was booked for 1.45pm and we only waited like 10/15min. Amazing staff from beginning to finish and amazing service.
It saddened me to complain, but on the 25april last Thursday I had a appointment to see the audiology dept, they syringed my ears with some kind of suction, it has left me a week now completely deaf in my right ear, it was alright before I went in ,I only went to have them tested E
32 times i have phoned regarding my husbands hearing aids. each time it itsanswering machine so we leave message and no body gets back to us. When their is no answere machine it just rings & rings. three weeks he has had no hearing for. when we go up in the reception area there is a note on the desk where people check in saying about none attendees for appointments and that they do not phone to cancel, how can they phone to cancel if nobody is picking the phone up or getting back to the voice mails left. Seriously a letter is going into senior management Monday.
