   My wife and I found ourselves in some car trouble, just outside of Kippax (Leeds). The company had one of their guys out to us in 20mins (estimated was an hour so that was nice!). We were greeted by Ian, who quickly diagnosed the problem. However, this roadside repair was going to require a car part. Not a quick service and on our way as we'd hoped. Ian had a plan. Rang a local car parts dealer, who had what we needed. So he nipped over there with me in tow to grab it and returned back to fit it. The car was running again, marvellous! All the while this was going on Ian was an absolute gent, professional and good humoured. Credit to his company and all round very nice human being. Would highly recommend (their services I mean, not having a car break down!). Paul and Steph

   I've just had my tyre changed by a really helpful man named Lee. We had a car full of suitcases and no space for the tyre (as only have space for a space saver), Lee helped us to rejig the cases to make room for it. He was very friendly and got the job done quickly. Thank you Lee 10/10

   I was out working and the truck I was in had a breakdown, it wasn’t anything major. Highway recovery ltd was called to repair the vehicle. The person who arrived was a childish, pathetic, creep. His face is drawn, almost like he has a condition. He attempted to mock me with the other drivers talking about me and laughing, it was really unprofessional. Then he stood on the wrong side of the tractor unit when it’s clearly marked instructing him not to do so. I wonder if he damaged anything? Don’t think he would be laughing then. I, definitely, wouldn’t recommend this company
